these guys came in to fix my cathedral ceiling after a roof leak caused by solar panels. The ceiling is pretty high and I was concerned with many things. Let me tell you - what I saw was absolutely incredible! The quality, the speed, the way they cared about my furniture - everything!! I have never seen anything like it.
And I am saying it after going through a huge renovation project just recently.
I would not hesitate a second hiring this company!

The team came out to finish some work for me on two occasions. They were able to help seal off the damaged door and ceiling to my crawl space. The work truly helped keep the cold air out of my kitchen. After the repair we had a beautiful new door custom built to match the exterior of the home. On another occasion they were able to secure some holes in the attic to keep any critters from getting in! Excellent work and quality unmatched. They provided a great service on both occasions and I’m already planning additional projects for the future.

This company came out after our solar panel company contracted them to fix a leaking roof. When they left I swept the yard with a magnet because we have two small children and dogs. I found four handfuls of roofing nails. A few weeks later we had a heavy rainstorm and a literal river was running down the walls from the roof. I then went out to the yard and found another two handfuls of nails that must have washed out of the gutters. A horrible experience I would never recommend.

After 10 years of hacving solar panels, it was recently discovered that I have roof, attic, interior ceiling and wall damage form the panel mounts having lost the water seal and has been leaking causing this damage. My agent at the solar panel company informed me that I would be being contacted by CS1 Remodeling for setting up an appraisal consult for estimated damages.
I was contacted in less than 24 hours by Lex L. , the CS1 Customer Service and Scheduling Coordinator for setting up the service appraisal. Patiently listening while dictating, She first asked me to describe in detail the damages that can actually be seen. She then thoroughly expalined the next step in the process of being scheduled. She set up the appointment at the next available time which was approximately 7 days from her initial call. She followed up with me once a day giving me updates about my appointment reassuring me that my repair needs are a CS1 priority.
Two days after her call my area had a very bad and long down pour of rain. It wasn't until have way in the day did I realize there was additional water damage to my house located in a different area. I called Lex as soon as I realized this additional damage and she went into quick action calling her supervisor and the renovation crew to get my appointment moved from the original day to the VERY NEXT DAY! Not only the next day but the very first appointment of 7:00am.
Lex L. is nothing less of professional, curteous, espressed synmpathy and care listening to my situation and if I owned a business dealing with customer service, Lex L. would be my first hire!
If you need home repairs especially water damage repairs, I recommend CS1 Remodeling!

I had CS1 Remodeling come out to replace my roof as part of having solar panels installed on my home.
My roofing quote included the statement-- Replace 38 sheets of plywood at a cost of $80 per sheet (if needed) for $3,040.

While the workers replaced less than 15 sheets of plywood, I was charged for all 38 panels. After 2 months of trying to get this resolved, the Area Manager for CS1 was to come out for this and other issues. No one EVER showed up or called. I have texted CS1 numerous times, with zero resolution.

They even scraped my brand new picture window and front railing. I had to have another company come out and do mold remediation in my attic as they did not even replace panels that should have been replaced. I also never received an itemized bill or warranty for the new roof.

VERY DISAPPOINTING and would NEVER recommend this company for anything.

I would like to take moment and thank CS 1 remodeling for replacing my roof; you guys did an exceptional job! I highly recommend using them for your repair or remodeling projects.

3 weeks ago the contractors by to fix and remodeling house for a roofing water storm damage. It which severe thunderstorm weather damage .They've done a fantastic job I've never seen someone that finish this fast and efficiently and quickly on the same day . I would recommend this company to anyone who may need house repair or remodeling they're qualified to do it right the first time etc.

CS1 remove and replaced the architectural shingles on our house. They did an excellent job - including (1) protecting our garden to minimize damage to it, (2) carefully removing the old tiles and installing the new, including extra care on the flashing and trim, (3) cleaning up afterwards so that not even small bits of trash and tile were left, (4) arriving and finishing on time, and removing the dumpster immediately, and (5) keeping us apprised of the project as it progressed.
Now, two weeks after the install, we are as pleased with their work and the new roof as we were when the did it.
A great job well done.

Had a really bad roof leak after a storm researched dozens of company until CS1 gave us great pricing and the customer service was amazing.

Cs one roofing is top notch. Informed me every step of the way. I have 80 solar panels and not only did they take them down but installed my roof in one day. Had them do another small job at the same time. I will definitely call them for my projects in the future

We had the CT branch come out to do our roof for solar and I question how they’re in business. Professionalism is not in their vocabulary. Shows up one day unannounced, unlocks and opens my driveway gate, then proceeds. Then once told to get off the property one of the workers got mouthy with my wife, after the headache with all that we finally get a scheduled day. Once that day comes they start the day off right but then at lunch time they make themselves at home by going to grab outlet lawn chairs without permission and hang out in them, then drives all over our lawn (not permitted) and once asked nicely numerous times to move off the lawn with a truck and trailer they refuse to until after the job was nearly done and after leaving we did a final inspection and found 80+ nails in our lawn and driveway with trash. If I could put zero stars I would because from start to finish with this project was unsatisfying.

From start to finish Tone and CS1 made the reconstruction process easy. Tone instilled confidence from the start. The CS1 crew were able to knock out, what I thought would be a long construction timeline, in an efficient schedule. The work was thorough and the crew walked my property with a magnet to capture any roofing debris which was much appreciated by myself and my dog. I would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing and siding repair

Had carpet taken out and floors put in both upstairs and down. Floors turned out fantastic. The crew was great and very professional while getting the work done. Tony was great and extraordinaly responsive while arranging them. We will definitly be using them for our bathroom remodel

We had major rain within the first couple of months after purchasing my home and noticed leaks. I immediately reached out to my realtor who recommend this company. Carmelo came out with my insurance adjuster and handled not only the roof replacement ( which was a piece of work) but the interior ceiling repair/ painting as well. Lisa was friendly and helpful on the phone. Rick did the work and was pleasant and professional. He explained everything to me. I do wish I would have seen the pictures of the problem on the roof. As far as price, I don't know what is high or low. They also fit me in earlier due to a cancellation,thank you. I would recommend them.

CS1 Remodeling LLC did a fantastic job replacing my roof compared to how my old roof looked. Most important to me is I never felt pressured on making the choice of getting my roof replaced. Actually I was treated in a manner that they appreciated I was doing business with them and not like they was trying to hustle me out of my money. I will refer them to my friends and neighbors. Also the workers were very respectful and did a good job cleaning up after they was done.

CS 1 remodeling was excellent!! They replaced my roof quickly and efficiently and above all professionally!! They did all the little things that make all the difference between a decent job and an excellent job. Cleaning the gutters and making sure all of the trim was aligned and straight. They cleaned my property and left virtually no trace they had been there! I fully recommend this company!!

My roof was taken off and replaced under 8 hrs. The owner Carmelo is very professional and runs an amazing business. This is a black owned business so this was a plus for me.
