High Point, did a great job with our new shingles and gutters. The shingle crew was here bright and early and put catch nets around the whole house. Tear off was done in a couple hours, along with removing 6 leaky skylights that we didn't want replaced. They worked very hard to get the job done and well cleaned up by 7pm. The gutter crew came a couple days later and also did a great job replacing a couple gutters. They even added a new downspout to an existing gutter (that didn't need replaced) so it would drain properly. Damian was our point of contact with sales and scheduling. He is very professional and will answer any questions you may have. He gave us different pricing options using Atlas or Tamko shingles that offer different warranty options. You can text or email him anytime, and he will get back to you asap with a price for additional change orders or questions. We highly recommend using High Point Roofing if you want a high quality job at reasonable pricing.

Great roofers! Had them come do an inspection on a home i was under contract for. They found the roof was leaking from a popped nail that was out and evidence of a prior repair and multiple boots that showed signs of needing repairs. Roof was 21+ yrs so I had a quote for repairs and another quote for replacement. Loved the service, didn't go with the home since it had other issues but I'll definitely hire highpoint roofing when I'll need another inspection and repairs/replacement to do.

Overall I had a good experience. There were delays due to constant rain which was no fault of the company. I did my research and also had another company provide an estimate. High Point provided a better product and warranty along with a better price point. My roof looks great!!!

We recently hired High Point Roofing to replace our roof and the service was excellent. We chose to get the 50 year shingles and they look very nice!! The sales manager, Damian, was very responsive and answered all our questions and kept us informed when we experienced a few days of rain delays. The crew did an excellent job throughout the 2-day project. They were professional, hard working, and did a pristine job at cleaning up around the yard and driveway. They used a magnet to pick up all the stray nails and we have not found a single nail. The gutter pro also did a great job on his installation of the new gutters and downspouts. If I could give more stars I would! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first time dealing with a roofing issues. In the middle of the night my ceiling started slightly leaking during a storm. By the next morning Dustin with Highpoint had already reached back out to me. He planned to come by later that day even though it was a Sunday. He was thorough in explaining the scenario and looking into the cause and fix. Very thankful so many people recommended them! My neighbor told me to give them a call after the hurricane pulled off some of our siding. Not only were they incredibly easy to talk to over the phone but they had someone out the very next day. They even came earlier than previously stated (but not without a call to make sure we approved). They came out and were incredibly courteous and quick!

I lost a few shingles in the recent storm, and reached out to Dustin for his help. The Roof was ~ 12 years old, and installed by someone else.
Dustin stopped by at 7 pm the next day, and installed new roof caps for us because of unrepairable damage to the old ones. And he refused to let me pay him. I am rarely shocked these days in such a positive way. To say above and beyond customer service is an understatment.

Okay I’m not one to give a bad review but seriously the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had! I contacted High Point to come out and give me an estimate on a new roof for my townhome that had wind damage. I had already gone through my insurance company and was shopping around for pricing. Got scheduled for today 4/16/2025. I get a call from Dustin saying that he would be late. No problem. Then I get a call that he needed to cancel and I asked when I could reschedule. He calls me back and says he is on his way. Here is where the interaction was HORRIBLE! He greets himself says he is sorry he is late, no problem! He then proceeds to tell me if I am looking to have a cheap job done then he is not the guy I’m looking for! SERIOUSLY! Didn’t even look at my roof! Not to mention he has NO IDEA what I will pay! I told him okay no worries I’ll look for someone else! He then goes on to tell me that if my insurance company was to give me 10k and I want the job done for 8K that he wouldn’t do it. Mind you I said nothing about what my insurance is doing! I literally just stood there quite while this spewed out of his mouth. He then had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted an estimate! Ummm heck NO! I’m absolutely appalled and mind blown this was the interaction I had with someone!

Had Joseph Miller come out from High Point today and have nothing but good things to say. He was professional, courteous, and on time. Helped replace a few roof shingles that blew off the house. Thanks again!

Damian was great to work with! We had a hiccup with our chimney flashing and a leak that developed. The company owner, Dustin, personally came out to look at the issue and 4 days later, when the weather broke, a crew showed up and made the repairs. They also put our new chimney cap on while they were up there.

Due to the recent heavy snow and high winds, our siding came loose. We reached out to High Point Roofing, and Joseph Miller was here the following day to assess our needs. This young man was extremely impressive as he surveyed the damages and immediately went into work mode. What impressed me most was that there were several inches of snow on the ground, and the wind chill was in the low digits, but he did not delay and was up on the ladder fixing the siding.
This dedication to the job is commendable, and I would recommend High Point Roofing for any future roofing, gutter, or siding needs.

My roof needed minor repairs to the fascia following a severe wind storm. High Point was very responsive and handled it within a couple days of me setting up the appointment. The owner also followed up afterwards and made sure that the job was done according to my expectations.

High Point Roofing did a great job replacing my roof! Working with Joey was very smooth and once I made my choices of type of roof, shingle color, and vent type, the installation process was quick. For my small house, it all got completed in one day.

I have had the pleasure of speaking with Damien in regards to an outer stucco wall needing repairs. Although I haven’t had the work completed yet, I have to say the process has been handled very well. I had a great experience with my project manager, Doug. I called for an estimate for leak repair but knew it was getting close to replacement, so asked for both. He went over what was wrong with my roof and my options. The price was affordable that I decided for a replacement. He went over the whole process, all the different layers, answered and explained so I could fully understand. The most difficult part was choosing the roof colour. The workers were efficient and was completed in one day. The result was beautiful! I love my new roof. Also had the gutters replaced. So I have peace of mind for the coming winter and years to come. My roof was in poor condition and required the replacement of 13 sheets of rotted plywood prior to the installation of the new shingles.
