This company's service was underwhelming, and I feel inclined to share my experience. The materials used for my house were not up to par. Although they replaced the roof, it started leaking after just a week. The siding on our home was also of inferior quality. Disappointingly, the owner and staff lacked professionalism. I would advise potential customers to be cautious. It is likely that their positive reviews are from people they know. Notably, my neighbor also had an unfavorable experience with this company.

You will NOT find a better service, a more professional or highly competent company than Lojas! As someone who did roofing in the 90s I can honestly say they get a A+ all the way around. Try them you won’t be disappointed. My neighbor used them after I recommended Lojas and was equally blown away with the honesty and quality received. Thanks so much Lojas!!!

What a pleasure was to work with Lojas Home Improvement on the installation of a new GAF roof for our home, which came with its 25 years Golden Pledge warranty. From the very beginning of the work to the last nail removed from the grounds, the Lojas team performed as an example of professionalism and perfection. The initial inspection was completed by Segundo himself who suggested the best option of going ahead, given the state of the supporting elements of the old roof. Based on this, a detailed estimate was provided with the steps to be taken and the extended price submitted, which was more attractive than three other we already received from competing roofing companies.
Regarding their work attitude – it is commendable! The crew arrived early in the morning and worked until late afternoon to complete the job and clean both the surrounding area and the roof itself from any construction materials and left-over nails from the grounds. The entire crew was operating during this time as an extremely well-coordinated team, where each one knew exactly when and what to do!
In conclusion, if you really need a high-quality roof replacement and reliable and motivated team, then Lojas Home Improvement Plus LLC and Segundo are the only choice one can have.

Lojas did a good job for us with some waterproofing and exterior carpentry. The crew was respectful and worked incredibly hard. There was not a good English speaker on-site which caused a little confusion if you have the type of work (or you’re the type of client) who wants to be hands-on and ask questions, but the owner is a good communicator and responsive. Everything worked out. Their update and payment systems are also very transparent and streamlined. I felt like their prices were fair compared with many other local contractors.

I had my garage painted by this company. Painter arrived early and was very meticulous about his work. He cleaned up completely after his work. Job was done very well. I recommend Lojas.

Honest, hard working, did a stellar job with the roof. My husband knows roofing and the necessary steps and they did it all as promised, cleaned everything up at end, made sure there were no nails anywhere, very fair priced. Fast. Definitely give him a call!!

Great job, the crew arrived as scheduled very courteous and professional. They were like a tactical team, everyone knew their place and job. Even with (to me) a major issue, the entire roofing job was completed in one day. Excellent company, a pleasure to work with. I think my front yard was cleaner when they left, then it was when they started.

Segundo and his crew were great to work with. We contacted them after having an issue with a leak in our roof that proved to be a larger issue that we originally thought. The problem was misdiagnosed twice by another company which made us seek out another opinion, we found Lojas Home Improvement through the recommendation of a coworker.

He was immediately responsive after hearing our concerns. He came to inspect our leak the same day- starting with looking at the interior damage, even crawling in our attic space to try to find the issue before going onto the roof.
We decided to replace our roof, which his crew completed the following week. He completed the job at a very reasonable price, meeting with me prior to starting to discuss all of the material options.

Anyela’s team were scheduled to come to my home at 8am, however the 2 man team arrived at 7:40am which impressed me.

I own a 100+ year old home & needed my back door replaced & a storm door installed. The team worked diligently to retrofit both the wooden back door & the storm door to fit the opening. Installation took all day, however the team took great care to preserve the original moulding around the door frame which had been damage due to years of use & active boys. They also replaced the damaged saddle as well as the step onto the deck. To ensure that the wood wouldn’t rot, they installed a metal cover over it (something I hadn’t thought to ask for).

I have another unique door installation & am looking forward to the crew returning in a few weeks to complete the install.

Amazing work and on time response. They did an amazing job with roof replacement and keeping things clean. All the work was done in just 1 day and they were here before time. I like the fact they came with us to get the required materials and the internal repairs work was super neat and I couldn’t recognize we did a patch work in the kitchen and living room. Everyone was super nice and friendly. I would highly recommend for any kind of work. They are precise and value for money.

From the first call, Lojas Home Improvement was professional and incredibly accessible. They reached out and kept me updated every step of the way. The owner was the one that came to look and give us an estimate, AND he was there to oversee the work.

The estimate was carefully explained, and we were given brochures for some of the materials used. The estimate was precise, and no additional costs or fees. Lojas was the only one that recommended replacing our faulty skylights with newer ones that wouldn’t open and leak, rather than just fixing our old ones.

They came right when they said they would, and didn’t leave until the work was done. They were very respectful and made sure our interior space was protected. There was no garbage left or any surprises. Lojas was extremely professional every step of the way and would gladly use them again.

The team is super efficient, hard working, well managed, complete the job on time and with high quality. We are very happy with their work in replacing the entire roofs on our main residence and a rental. Highly recommended.

I was having a couple of pretty bad leaks in my building. The owner of the company personally came out and did a thorough inspection of all the affected areas. He diagnosed the problem areas and provided me with a very fair estimate to replace a roof, repair another and replace all damaged sheet rock and insulation. It was a large amount of work and Lojas got it all done fairly quickly. They did great work and cleaned everything up after the job was completed. Great company and I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roofer.

Totally professional work done on time and done well !! Great crew!!!! They worked a 12 hour day and finished entire house in that time!!! Roof,gutters,and skylights. Could not be happier. It’s a 4000 square foot house ! I’m still amazed. Segundo and his crew were also great in cleaning up the entire property of nails and debris from the removal of the old roof. If there was a 6 star rating I would vote for that!!!

Segundo (owner) is extraordinarily professional and honest. He manages a large crew of highly skilled installers that complete work with A+ craftsmanship. His pricing is half the price of any big name roofing company and the product is better. I had a 20 year old roof with rot throughout all the plywood. He replaced all the plywood and installed a new roof in 1 day. Everything is cleaned up after the work. Segundo himself is on site the whole time work is being done and manages every aspect of the job—all while sending you pictures with updates on how the job is progressing.

You can’t go wrong with Segundo and his team. These guys are serious professionals that really know their craft.

I had my roof and gutters done by Lojas yesterday (Nov 7) and I couldn't be happier with the work they did. They were extremely professional. They showed up on time (7am on Saturday) and finished by 5pm. They had a team of about 8, covered everything that was on the way (plants, shrubs, windows, etc.), one guy cleaning the debris while others were working, seemed to enjoy what they do which was great, and they worked efficiently. Segundo, the owner, supervised the work and called me when they were done to show me the work. Wow! What a fantastic job they did...and everything was cleaned up. Highly recommend Lojas!

Update May 6, 2024: I rehired Lojas to replace the roof on my other house and they did an excellent job. They also replaced my gutters. After the work was done Segundo, the owner, did a final walkthrough and picked up a few debris that were left on site. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the quality of their work and their responsiveness to requests.

Called Lojas Home Improvement spoke with Segundo who came out SAME day for an estimate. Because of his response time, professionalism, price and family owned (2 brothers)! We decided to go with LHI and was scheduled the following week. We are so glad we did because our roof and gutters turned out beautiful! The crew came out early am installed roof, completely cleaned up all debris (nails, roof, gutters, dirt, etc...) and installed gutters the next day. I would not hesitate to recommend LHI they are top notch and do quality work!
