We knew exactly what we were going in for and got in and out quickly. We spent more than we thought we would but no one else had what we needed in the moment. We didn't ask anyone questions or need help. I wouldn't take kids here it would be a nightmare. Lol I always add kid friendly or not to my reviews.
The locks and purchase a pipe fitting and they said they take it back if it was the wrong one I got home start to put it on and I realized it was the same size I went back and they said they wouldn't take it back and here it was $130 and they just said too bad and that was the store manager that told me that I give them a 1 star rating
Guys at the heating and air counter are real jerks - looked at me with a blank stare when I asked a question on price - I understand that without an account I could not purchase the equipment in question but was doing the running and checking for someone else and needed pricing - they would not even look nor was there any sort of attempt to say "Hey - you realize that the account holder will have to make the actual purchase" or anything similar - just sat like a lump and said nope! I've been in business longer than some of them have even been alive it appeared and would never have had any success with that kind of "service." This is the first time I've been compelled to right any review good or bad and have always held Locke Supply in high regard but no more!.
