Very upset with this company, schedule 4 different times to come and get this job done at my house, never showed up or called to let me know, why they were not there, I would never have this company sent to any of my friends to do any kind of work. I don't know how they stay in business if this is the way they treat there customers

Francisco promised as part of my estimate tovfox my roof that they would also fix my leaking gutter. He said they finshed the job, and I had reminded him while they were on the roof to make sure they fixed the gutter. I paid him thinking the job was finished. When it rained a couple weeks later the leak was not fixed. I called him and he promised they would yake care of it. He blew me off with excuses for months, and yesterday said i never told him the gutter was sagging and needed to be lifted a few inches. If he had evem looked at the gutter he could have told me what was wrong. It was clear he never even looked at the gutter when he was here, and refused to come fix it as promised. If you want to hire a contractor who doesnt do the work promised, and blows you off for months, Francisco and his company are for you. I seriously regret hiring him. The lack of honesy and committment to doing the work promised is shameful.

Lobo Roofing just finished installing a new roof in less time and as budgeted! Francisco was great to work with and the whole process was painless!

A fairly minor repair needed to seal the roof top vent of my stove hood needed done, but I couldn't get my original roofer or a few large roofing companies to deal with it. Lobo Roofing treated me like a relative, took excellent care of the problem and communicated with me the whole time. I will use them for any issues that arise with my roof in future, in this or another house. They are amazing!

Needed a roof inspection for home sale, that revealed a new roof was required do to too many previous layers, leaks and insufficient ventilation.
Lobo Roofing out bid four other companies! They conducted the tear-off and re-roof in two days, with all new flashing and vents. They did an outstanding clean up job around the house of all debris. The roof not only looks great but now no longer leaks.

Francisco Z. and Team Lobo pre-staged their supplies so when they showed up (on time), they worked very safely, professionally, and quickly.
The crew appeared to work together very well, dividing tasks, communicating, and managing workflow. They also cleaned up and double-checked their clean up. Now my home and barn (2-story) look great and are ready for another couple decades of service! Plus, they finished my project a half-day sooner than I expected.

Francisco could not have been more attentive, and courteous about my roof inquiry. Even arriving to inspect my roof on a saturday.

Francisco was on time, and was able to diagnose, fix, and work with my budget in a very timely and professional manner . When the time comes to eventually replace our roof we’re 10/10 going with Lobo and I will be recommending them to anyone who asks .

What a great company to work with! Work was completed ahead of schedule and within budget. No surprises, prior roof damage was repaired and still ahead of schedule. Couldn’t be happier!!!

These guys did a great job, and all in a day. Their contact person was available responsive. They returned on request to fix a minor problem, unrelated to the quallity of their work. I would not hesitate to use Lobo again should a roof be needed on one of our rental units.
