L&M Roofing saved our hides! Being a business owner these days is tough enough as it is. So, when these nasty storms hit us this week, we were devastated to see the destruction that Mother Nature brought us. But, L&M Roofing was there for us. They were able to calm our nerves and assure us that we’d be up and running again in no time. Sure enough, that’s exactly what happened! It’s difficult to find a company you can depend on. But, with L&M Roofing that’s what we did. They’re a name you can count on!

Jim recently came out to the facility I manage to give me a quote on replacing a flat roof and upgrading a shingle roof to a standing seam metal roof. I was blown away with his professionalism and expertise in the roofing industry. I am really pleased with the solutions he provided!

This was the first time I have used L&M, 50,000 plus square feet of standing seam roofing. Jim is a knowledgeable guy, fast with a bid and quick with alternative ideas. His crew tackled the job with skill and completed it in an appropriate amount of time under varying weather conditions. I would not hesitate to use L&M Roofing again for another job and recommend them for anyone’s commercial roofing needs.

L&M is the company you want to hire! Responsive. Competitive pricing. And they take pride in their work and do it right!
This was my post from 10 months ago. We were so delighted with their work that we hired them again this summer. Not only did they repair a deteriorated decorative Mansard roof (and a soffit with holes in it) but they stepped in and repaired our pillars when another contractor failed to do an adequate job. Their work is first rate. They should be your first choice for any roof job!

Their company was very fast to provide us with a quote. Once we signed a contract they communicated with us very well throughout the project. Their crew was very respectful and barely knew they were working on our building. We will definitely use them in the future for other buildings we own.
