Just installed a new roof. They offered the best price by far and did a first class job. I highly recommend them.

We had a situation where we found a dead bird in our furnace vent so we called LK Construction to inspect our roof. Scott arranged a team to come out the next morning to inspect. They inspected our roof and explained to us everything that needed to be repaired along with a quote. Price was extremely fair. Another crew who did the repairs came another day. They sent us before and after photos which we really appreciated. They communicated well with us throughout the whole process. We need to eventually replace our roof because it is old so we will definitely use LK Construction again. We highly recommend them for any roof repairs or new installation.

VERY PROFESSIONAL! Any extra repairs needed were explained in detail and even shown the places that needed to be repaired. LK Construction made sure you were fully informed during the whole process. They treated my house like they were working on their own. Can not say enough good things about my experience with LK Construction so far. Hopefully will use them in future projects.

LK Construction did an excellent job replacing our flat and shingled roof, also gutter replacement at our church. They even went above and beyond their proposal and took care of other miscellaneous task. Also, they cleaned up very well at the end of each day and at completion of the job. I received proposals from 5 contractors and LK cost was most reasonable and provided the best labor warranty. I would highly recommend them for any roof/gutter replacement.

LK replaced our cedar shake roof with DaVinci Roofscapes composite tiles and they did an AAA+++ job all around. We can't imagine anyone in the VA-MD-DC area going to another contractor. It was an absolute pleasure working with LK from start to finish: superb workmanship combined with a very reasonable cost. LK is the number one DaVinci contractor in our area -- just ask the DaVinci company: they wholeheartedly recommend LK. DaVinci even features LK's work in their web blogs. We found LK's work crews to be wonderful people, too. They candidly told us how LK uses the best materials, unlike other roofing companies that cut corners. In our case, LK's crew had to work longer than originally estimated, but LK made sure the job was done right rather than rushed. The work crews even cleaned up each night, and by the end of the job, our place looked sparkly clean. LK is the best, period, and we could not be happier with our new roof!!!

After decades of leaks and "repairs" by top-rated and extremely expensive roofing companies, I hired LK Construction to make a new roof. They did a great job at a much lower cost than other companies projected. They are honest and thorough. I recommend the Kims highly.

The estimating process was very fast an efficient. It was all done via the internet with no need for an appointment. And the price was very competitive.
Scott came out, and, patiently, answered all of our questions with no sales pressure. Customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process.
The installation crew was very professional and efficient. Our job was completed and our property thoroughly cleaned in less than a day.
And in the end, we have the peace of mind of having a DaVinci roof with a 50 year warranty.
