My claim for a roof replacement was initially denied by my insurance company. The next day this decision was reversed when John Saunders Jr, Claims Specialist, for LJ Exterior Repair, was assigned to my case. My insurance company not only paid for the entire roof replacement but my Claims Specialist recommended that the claim be amended to include payment for water damage inside my home caused by the same wind and hail storms. He presented the necessary documentation to my insurance company and payment was made for repairs and repainting. I now have a beautiful new roof and additional funds to repair water damage. The process to have all of this done was done at an accelerated pace. I am an extremely satisfied client. I am over the moon with the professionalism and exceptionalism of Mr. John Saunders Jr. in bringing my claim to the most optimal conclusion possible.
