Had flashing installed on roofline where leak was occurring. Guys did great job and cleared gutters and downspouts. Also had ceiling repaired and painted inside. Installed new bath light/fan as well as new vanity and sink. Very clean, efficient and neat. Great price for scope of work. Will definitely use these guys again.

I am very happy in my decision to hir LizMar construction. Our roof was damaged in a windstorm. They spent time assessing and submitting information to our insurance company and were able to get complete coverage for us. Everyone is professional and the job was competed on schedule and to the initial estimate. Our new roof looks great!

Last year Lizmar Construction replaced the entire roof of our main house and addition; this entailed putting down new underlayment, new flashing where needed, replacing several gutters (with a leaf guard), and doing some carpentry work around some windows. German has a wonderful crew --very professional, polite, diligent. The quality of their work was excellent, and we were very pleased with the final product. We would strongly recommend Lizmar if you need a roof. The price was very fair, German is responsive to questions and is a wonderful person to work with.

My mom, sister, and I own our family home in Pawtucket, RI. The team from Lizmar was phenomenal- respectful of the property, in constant communication of the process, and the finished work looks amazing. Replaced our front entry roof, columns, and railing (the copper flashing is gorgeous), replaced the chimney, and installed a new roof. Have already told family & close friends that they will be satisfied with their work- you will too!

I hired LizMar Construction to do a new roof, new windows install, siding and paint. The results are better than I ever imagined. The entire crew works extremely hard and German the owner, is very knowledgeable and honest! He’s done work for other family members and everyone is thrilled with the work they do!

Overall this was such a great experience! They are reasonable, reliable, and professional. He came out to quote when he said he would, followed up within 48 hours, presented a fully formed contract, began work as stated, and thoroughly cleaned up the job site when complete.

Referred by a friend, we employed Lizmar construction for a whole roof replacement a few years ago, then a downspout and gutter replacement, and a custom flashing replacement afterwards for our historic home. German has been responsive, respectful and reasonable. His crew does things right and he follows up to do the right thing. In addition, he gave us peace of mind by their use of safety equipment. He earned our trust and we strongly recommend.
