The roofing crew was fantastic. Initially we were not needed to be home for the construction. Then that situation changed and the crew was very patient to wait until one of us could get home. They even texted to ask additional questions and clarify information. The crew was efficient and made sure to clean all the debris around the house. Very satisfied with our new roof.

I wanted to commend Luis and his team at Global Roofing for a job well done on my single day roof replacement. I've replaced two roofs over the years and customer service separates this team from others I have used. Firstly the prework they did to move about fifty potted plants away from the tarp drop zone to then putting them all back (exactly as they were) and then clearing the entire circumference of the house of debris including A LOT of leaves and branches that I had not gotten around to clearing from the fall. Highly recommended for sure.

At first I wasn’t sure if I wanted a new roof and then some solar panels so I passed. A few weeks go by and I got a text from Isaiah and he gave me a better offer. The company was very attentive and kept me informed every step of the way. The day of my roof installation the crew came on time and got to work right away. They were so polite. Showed me an issue I had with my chimneys and fixed it with no issues. Great job over all. And very satisfied.

The crew that did my roof today were great. The supervisor pointed out a rip in a window screen, which some companies I'm sure wouldn't, and drove to a local hardware store, bought a screen repair kit and replaced the screen. Job well done by the entire crew!

This company is excellent. I am extremely critical and very detailed about everything that I have to pay for. This company made me very happy and did a great job. I recently had the pleasure of working with Global roofing for a roof replacement as well as the removal and reinstallation of solar panels. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, I was extremely impressed with their willingness to work with me, their knowledge of not only roofing but solar as well, professionalism and how quickly they always responded to all of my questions. We had a bit of a nightmare with our solar company and Patrick and his team at Global were so helpful in this situation. Our roof looks beautiful!

Great company! They worked with Evergreen Solar to put our new roof on prior to solar install. Entire thing was done in one day and they made sure that no mess was left behind. Communication was great. It looks great. I'm happy with the results.

Roofing project started promptly on time - workers were able to finish on time as well. And kept us notified of any sheets of plywood needing to be replaced. And left job site as promised.

Global roofing worked efficiently and effectively they did a great job they were in and out in one day they cleaned the area did not leave any mess they picked up everything around the house. I did not find any nails after theyproject was completed.

These guys were awesome.. Quick and professional. They let you know what they are doing each step and they were extra careful to make sure nothing was damaged while they work. Good work. Didn't stop until the job was finished. Couple small things we wanted tweaked and they were there the next day to resolve.

Materials and dumpster arrived 3 days prior to the start date. Crew arrived at 7am sharp. Roof was stripped, replaced 21 sheets of plywood and fixed a mess around the chimney flashing. All extra work was brought to our attention before anything was address. Crew did an amazing job with the roof work as well as the clean up on the ground. Crew was also very polite and accommodating to my wife and family. I can’t thank the crew enough for a job well done. Global roofing for the win!

From the start with communication the team at Global did an amazing job. With several trouble spots and a large roof the crew stripped and replaced plywood, then papered the roof in one day, the next day they put up 32 full squares of shingles. Clean up was spectacular and not a nail or piece of anything to be found anywhere. Cant say enough about how good a job they all did.

They removed my old roof and installed a new one in one day. Very efficient. Not a small job, and during daylight savings hours!

I am submitting this review on behalf of a very satisfied customer, my brother in law. He had his slate roof replaced with shingles by Global Roofing. The crew who did the job arrived on time and is very professional in how they installed the shingles and accessories and also how they cleaned up the work sites. The whole team worked very hard on a very hot day. They did not cut corners and tried to implement everything to perfection. The work ethics of every team member is impressive. We strongly recommend this company.

Global redid my roof. They sistered my rafters, installed 3/4 inch plywood, underlay and shingled. The whole project took two days and looks great. Luis was very responsive and I am very happy with my new roof.

We needed the edge metal at the top of a 5 story building replaced. Freddy responded promptly to give us an estimate. Sent us the estimate within a day or 2 and was able to complete the work shortly thereafter. He has excellent communication. We would definitely recommend Freddy for roofing work.

Global send an efficient and hard working crew for both my roof and gutter installation. The work has been top notch. I appreciate them replacing rotten boards and they clean up nicely when done. As well, I find their prices reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

I can not recommend Global Roofing enough. Fredy and his team do a great job and they make sure whatever work is being done, is done to the best it can be. I experienced a small leak near my chimney after the roof was installed. The next business day Fredy sent out his team to take care of it at no extra cost. Professional, knowledgeable , and great to work with.

From start to finish, Andrea, Fredy and their crew were fantastic. Very communicative, responsive and friendly. Zero sales pressure. Global Roofing was installing a new roof for one of my neighbors a few weeks ago so I walked over and had a very pleasant chat with the site supervisor. All of my questions were answered. I called for an estimate and just a few weeks later I am pleased to be able to write this review under a new roof. Their estimate was price competitive, comprehensive with an itemized list of all work to be performed, included drone pictures and was received just 3 hours after they visited. Note that as I type this, one of the requested estimates from a competing roofing company has not yet been received. Global is vertically integrated so no need to call different contractors for carpentry, painting or gutter work. Fredy had someone for everything. The crew arrived on time and completed the roof in one day even though it was 20 degrees during the mid December when daylight is so short and they first had to clear off snow. Yes, they did return a second day for final details including professional cleaning and this just shows their professionalism. The drone pictures of the completed work were appreciated. I highly recommend Global Roofing because they did a great job.

Fredy and Andrea at Global Roofing combine to provide excellent customer service with high quality installation. From quote to complete the entire process was smooth.
We were looking at metal roofing first and learned quickly that these folks know a lot about the options, potential issues and installation. Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons.
On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving.
We were very impressed with Global and definitely recommend them for your roofing project.

Global roofing did a fantastic job at replacing our roof. They were here early, they prepared the grounds around the house appropriately to make sure cleanup was easier, and left no details undiscussed. I was also highly impressed with how the crew cleaned up after themselves. There was not a single shingle or nail left on my property when they were done.

I had my roof replaced by Global in October 2021. I did my research and had five different companies look at my roof and give me an estimate. Global Roofing is the only company that actually got on top of my roof, took a look at it and took pictures which they shared with me. All of the other companies stood on the ground with me looking up at my roof and told me I probably need it a new roof. They didn’t really have any basis to make a recommendation because they never actually inspected my roof, but of course they did so any way. Global’s estimate was also very competitive compared to the other organizations. When I finally made a decision, I went with Global and they were able to replace my roof within a month. Although they thought it could take two days to complete, their amazing team of men and women were able to complete it in one day. They took care of everything, including getting my replacement skylight purchased and installed. They cleaned up after themselves and I just can’t say enough about the incredible work they did. I would highly recommend them!!!

Andrea and Freddy and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job with our new roof! We had a metal roof installed on the entire back of the house, and a combination of shingles and metal on the front. They also rebuilt the chimney. It came out better than we had hoped.

Global gave us all sorts of samples to look over, helped us match color, walked us through the install, showed up when they said they would, swept our yard with a wheeled magnet, and left our property clean each evening (this wasn’t a small job).

Global roofing did a roof replacement, roof repair and gutter replacement for us. From the beginning everything about this company was done professionally. From bid proposal to then end communication was strong, the showed up when they said they would, stayed late, cleaned up everyday and overall did a great job. This project was in a condominium complex and we had not one complaint from the owners, this is no mean feat. We will definitely be using Global again.

We just had our roof replaced by Global Roofing. It was amazing to work with Andrea and Freddy. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience! We got several quotes for our roofing job, changed our mind about the material along the way (went from metal to asphalt), and Andrea and Freddy were great throughout the process. Global Roofing had the best recommendations (one of the reasons we chose them), and after working with them we know why! Communication was amazing, if there were any delays due to ordering supplies like the skylights we were immediately informed, and the final scheduling for the project was also easy. I was at work all day while they were actually doing the roof, and other than the new beautiful roof on my house I was not able to tell that any contractors were at my house all!!! They covered the house in tarps while taking the old shingles off, and the entire surrounding area of my house was spotless when they left! And the Final product looks great! A truly great company, and I am looking forward to hire them for future projects!

Freddie and Andrea were terrific to work with. Freddie and his crew were prompt and professional. They cleaned up the area around the house at the end of each day and Freddie was meticulous when it came to the final look of the siding to make sure it was visually appealing. Freddie was also very flexible and willing to work with me when they found issues with the base wood underneath the exterior wood siding. He promptly gave me options so we could move forward and minimize any delays in the schedule. I would highly recommend Global Roofing and Siding.

We've replaced a large shingles roof along with 11 skylights and area of rubber roof. The job was done from start to finish within 3 1/2 days. Andrea was supporting us very closely from the contract phase to the final closing of the project to address every question and request to make sure we'll be happy with the whole experience. Global has very reasonable prices, they’re upfront with any “extras”, that may arise, and you know exactly what you’re paying for, right down to the nails. The owners are with you, start to finish. I’m thoroughly impressed with their flexibility, crew, performance and clean up. Our roof was completely stripped, hundreds of nails, shingles, etc., came off. I’m still looking for nails that aren’t there! I would highly recommend them, as their customer service, job performance, and clean up are impeccable!

Global completed a roofing job on my house last year with a 5 star rating from me. I live in Leominster and inquired about them doing a job in Peabody at my Mothers' home. My family requested quotes from other roofing companies, and Global came in $5,000.00 less than 4 other companies. Since I knew Global from them doing my house, they were the Company selected to do my Mothers' home. Once again they received a 5 star rating from my entire family. Their attention to detail and work quality was once again unsurpassed. As part of the job, my Mothers' chimney was also done. This required a complete repointing and replacement of bricks and a new cap. Andrea and Freddie were once again outstanding to deal with. The job and complete cleanup were completed in 1 day(2 layers of shingles on 70% of the house) with the dumpster gone the next day. Highly recommend.

Global did a great job on the siding and gutters for our garage! They were very helpful and nice. Met with us and made sure they got the exact match to our house. They stayed on site till it was done. Very happy with the job that was done.
