We had the best experience With Robert and his employees. His communication is 100%. Everything from the first phone call to the end of the roof project was seamless! They did such a great job. I was worried about nails on the ground. That didn't happen at all. As soon as they began this project they put tarps down everywhere. They had a crew cleaning constantly while they had a different crew on the roof. I had two new skylights installed at the same time. Our home is fairly large with a good size shed. They started in the morning and it was completed by the end of the day.
You won't be sorry if you hire Robert. He is so honest!! I love dealing with him. He was highly recommended to me by a neighbor. I'm so grateful for her!!! Linda Fine

Last winter, we had water coming in to our kitchen due to a leaky roof. Robert and his father came out the very next day to look at the situation and they put on a quick patch. They were able to come back within a week to more permanently repair the roof. We couldn’t have been happier with their quick response and the quality of the repairs (and the price was more than fair!)
We couldn’t recommend Robert and his team more highly! We would certainly be calling them again if the needs arise!

We just had our roof replaced recently by Robert and his crew at B&R Home Improvements. The work was done professionally, and the roof looks great. They are very responsive to e-mail's and communication is returned timely.
I actually spoke with Robert 6 months before we decided to replace the roof...had a few leaks due to crumbling shingles and rotted boots, which he came and repairs at a decent price. So when we decided to replace the roof later that year, he was at the top of the list. Appreciate the great work your crew did!!

Robert Jr. was very helpful and pleasant to deal with pre construction. Unfortunately due to funding issues the project wasn’t moved forward but his customer service skills are exceptional

B&R Home Improvement recently put a new roof on our house. From start to finish, we had a very positive experience with both Robert Sr and Robert Jr.. Robert Sr came out at the beginning of the process to assess what our needs were and then came back to help choose an appropriate shingle color to go with our house. On the day of the roof replacement they made sure that all of our garden beds were covered with tarps to keep all debris out of them. They completed the job in one day and did a great job of making sure that all debris and nails were cleaned up. Robert's dad then came back the next day to do a final sweep of the property to check for any stray nails. I would highly recommend them for any of your home improvement projects.

B&R was great from start to finish. They are extremely patient, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. The cost was reasonable and the work, excellent! I had been searching for years and getting many different quotes that were all over the place until I was lucky enough to find B&R which I highly recommend and trust with all my home improvement needs.

Very happy overall! Easy to work with. Friendly and professional. Had a leaky roof. They gave me a quote within a few hours of calling. They had one of the lowest quotes of the places we called. Went with them because they came with a reference. Scheduled the job quickly. Work was done in a day. No nails in our yard (this was big as we have small kids). Roof looks great! They did the gutters as well. Flexible in terms of paying off the invoices.

Great service, professional. Highly recommend. Robert has done a few family member's jobs and we all have been sastified with his services and his team. His dad is very attentive as well and all great people to deal with.

I happened to call B&R Home Improvement based on reviews and they didn’t disappoint. I reached out a few times for leaks in our roof due to a previous company’s installment and Robert Jr. always responded and came out to assess the situation almost immediately. They will be replacing our entire roof this fall. I feel very comfortable with B&R based on their reputation and excellent reviews!

10/19/23 Update!
B & R Home Improvement did return to replace our roof. They did an amazing job, and it happened to be two days of rare, sunny and warm October days! Robert, his dad and their crew were very efficient, friendly and professional. I have already recommended them to a few friends and would not hesitate to use their services for other home improvement projects, as well!

We very unexpectedly had to fully replace the roof on our 1924 bungalow in March of 2023--less than a year after purchasing the home--due to multiple leaks that we discovered in the roof deck, chimney flashing, and vent pipe flashing. I can say, without reservation, that every part of working with B & R Home Improvement on this was excellent. For this project we needed the usual roof replacement work--strip off & replace the old roof, underlayment, drip edges, flashing, and new plywood roof sheathing over the original 100 year old planks for the roof deck. We also needed to do some modifications to the roof system, like cut open a ridge vent and add intake ventilation under the eaves--the attic was completely unventilated when we bought the home. Robert was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful in coming up with creative solutions to the ventilation problems, and super responsive with communication and the millions of questions I had. The estimate for the project was very reasonable, the work was completed very quickly (admittedly, our house is small), the LandMark architectural shingles look great, everything was completely cleaned up after the job. And most importantly, the roof doesn't leak any more!! Overall, very satisfied with B & R Home Improvements. Five stars.

We have used B&R Home Improvement many times. New Roof, Wood replacement and fascia board on the garage, gutters and down spouts for the entire house.

Very responsive, Robert met me the same day I called to do the inspection. He was very knowledgeable too, answered all of my questions .... The quote came in within a couple of days & the roof was scheduled within a week after I signed the contract.

The crew that did the installation was great. They did an excellent job, were polite to me & my wife & very efficient. They had my roof stripped sheathed with plywood & shingles in 1 day.

I called B & R Home Improvement to get an estimate on my roof in late 2022. They responded promptly and scheduled a free estimate within 24 hours. Their employees were professional and informative. I have done roofing in the past and found all their information to be accurate, and all their suggestions to be in my best interest. I had a competitive written estimate the next day. The roof on our house hadn't been replaced since the house was built (1994), so we were overdue for replacing it. They have replaced 2 portions of my roof on different occasions. One was a pretty emergent situation and they were amazing. They installed a new roof (prior one was by another company who used materials that were later found to not be suitable for New England) and also put on gutter guards over existing gutters. Everything was done in a couple days and looks great. Highly recommended!

B&R we’re on schedule and had a crew of workers who did an amazing job. After completing the roof installation they did a cleanup that left our property looking better than what it was before they arrived.

Tiny trees were growing out of my gutters & I needed a roof vent put in to avoid future mold growth in the attic of my 1907 brick house. I'm a realtor and my lead agent recommended B & R. She knows what she's talking about, so I gave them a call. The guys did a great job- apparently my gutters had gone unloved for years. No longer. Baby trees are gone, gunk has been cleared, and now my house is breathing and flowing the way it should.

We worked with B&R to replace our roof and one skylight window, and their service was fantastic! Robert Sr came for a first inspection, measurements and went on the roof to look at the state of the shingles while the other company we had called didn't even bother to go up there. From then on, everything was very smooth, communication was great, with Robert Jr being very responsive and helpful, and the price was right! The work was done fast, and looks impeccable. Definitely would recommend and will use them for future projects!

I had them do a flat roof at the back of my house that leaked constantly. No one seemed to be able to fix the issue. When I spoke with them they were very knowledgeable, and instructed me on exactly what needed to be done to prevent the leaks in the future. This was 3 years ago and after they did the work, to this day we still have had no leaks. If/ when I replace the roof over my porch at the front of my house I'm going to call them. Great service. Fast. and friendly. I love these dudes!
