They came when they said they would. Came by the house and did a temp repair of a water leak and gave me an estimate. Very Friendly. Did the complete roof job while i was away as I requested. Did the job for the quoted price not try to add on stuff after the fact.
Will use them again for other home repairs. Thanks Eddie

By the 5th year shingles on the back side of our roof began to fall off like a waterfall! I contacted Eddie and let him know about the issue. He said he would check it out. After 3 weeks of no response I texted him. He said the roof was fine, so clearly he didn’t look in the back! I sent him pictures and he said he’d send someone. About a month later he knocks on our door and tells my husband he’ll repair it for $200 and he’ll send someone to do the job in two weeks, (uh isn’t there a 10 yr warranty of sorts?). Well the job didn’t get done. I texted again he told me he’d be out in October. NOTHING!

Not reliable. All words and no action. Promised to do a roof repair that he installed 4 years ago and was leaking now in 2 little places. After three months of waiting and frustration with broken promises, I called C. Genardi Contracting and he came with his crew the very next day and did a repair with no drama.

Came to fix a leak. Was still leaking a day later. Called and was promised for his return, been 2 weeks and have not heard back. Called the main number and lady who picked up the phone was extremely rude and 0 understanding. 'He is too busy'. This all happened before Strom Ida!

Owner has attitude and schedules at his convenience. Came to see roof leak without ladder and promised to come back so he could provide an estimate but haven't heard from him. Hope he never has a need for a service and someone treats him this way. Say upfront you aren't interested in the work.

living water roofing and siding did my whole house, and were the courteous and professional .at the conclusion of the job living water made my property was clean . the clean up was great .

Our next door neighbor used this business recently and the owner of the business did not send a notice or anything letting us know that they would be doing work and that it would be safer to move all cars out of the driveway, which is especially annoying because we are tenants. Instead we awoke to banging on our door very early in the morning 3 days in a row to move cars out of the driveway that belong to the owners of the house which we have no access to. Then to make it worse one of his workers stole my sons bike while they were walking back and forth through our back yard to harass us. I almost called the cops on day 3 because I couldnt take it anymore but lucky for him my schedule dis not allow for the extra drama needed to even go that route. Instead I will let as many people know as possible that this is a horrible company to do business with and as a business owner I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and courtesy especially with all of the health concerns going on om the world. And he seemed very sickly so he should not even be around people at all!!!!! SHAME ON YOU SIR, SHAME ON YOU and I will be filing a police report!!!!!!!

Eddie and his team are amazing. They were extremely responsive and accomodating when it came to scheduling and execution of the work. He also treats you like a friend instead of a customer which is really rare these days. They did my garage roof last February and it has been perfect ever since! I will always call on Living Water when I have a project to do.

Eddie is a great guy! His estimate was fair and his crew completed the job on time. After the crew finished, Eddie took some money off the original estimate because the job was not as complicated as it could have been.

Eddie was easily one of the best contractors I have ever used. He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy when it comes to roofing. He recently completed a full new roof installation on my home down to the studs. His team worked great even through the cold weather! I highly suggest using them for all of your roofing needs. Living Water has done several jobs for us within the last 2 years. Everytime the price was great and the jobs were completed quickly. Their foreman was professional and courteous. I can't think how they could have been better, they are very good so plan to reschedule your work ahead of time because they are very busy.
