Nick with Liv builders did a great job of installing new quartz countertops for me. He was prompt, responsive and the work is top notch. I would hire his company again for work in the future.

We hired Nick at LIV builders to replace our door and frame to our sundeck. We were hesitant because of past experiences, but Nick was amazing! He clearly explained everything he needed to do and was straight with us. He also gave us options. Not only was he VERY professional, but he's really a nice guy. We are hiring him again to do repairs on our ceiling and reno our bathroom.

Nick Levi is such a hard worker, and does a great job! He had to do some rebuild on our kitchen after mold remediation, and it looks great. I have chemical sensitivity, and he listened to my needs and concerns, and accommodated me, safeguarding my health.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick at Liv Builders to paint our home and replace some old stone facia with a beautiful modern cladding. It looks like a new house and I am thrilled with the outcome. Their team was awesome from start to finish.

We hired LIV Builders after meeting with several construction companies, as we were looking to convert our garage to an ADU. Nick and his team where excellent from start to finish. They helped us with the design, permits, and kept us informed throughout the entire construction processes. They kept to schedule with quality work and passed all inspections. Nick was great to work with and has a lot of experience. We just rented our ADU and our tenant loves the layout and how comfortable the space feels. We would highly recommend LIV Builders!

We got our fence rebuilt by Liv Builders and couldn't be happier. It's sturdy, lined up straight and even across the top. I was offered some additional protection with sealer and took advantage of that opportunity. The old fence was hauled away and the site was swept clean daily. My favorite part was the constant communication and no surprises. The bid I was given was the price I paid which doesn't always happen in the construction industry. We look forward to having Liv complete the rest of our fence soon. You really can't go wrong with their experienced carpenters.

Called LIV Builders to give us a quote to remodel our kitchen and master bath. Nick came out and gave us some great ideas with fair prices. We ended up contracting them and they were professional and did quality work. Will have them do our deck next and already recommended them to family and friends!
