Rob did our roof after a massive hail storm trashed the roof. He worked with the adjuster to make sure we got covered after being initially denied. More importantly, our house went under contract for sale just after the hailstorm and Rob made sure we had a new roof within days of booking the contract even though all the crews were booked months out from the hailstorm. He also took care of several improvements to roof vents and bathroom vents. He also worked with the buyers to ensure that the warranty went into their names so there was no issues with warranty transfer.

After the roof was complete, Rob personally came over to do a second cleanup and nail sweep, just in case.

Overall, Rob and Little Apple Roofing were outstanding and did and excellent job.

Rob reroofed our house a while ago, and Rob and his team were amazing. He took extra time inspecting our roof and worked with our insurance. He shares his opinions without making us feel like we were pressured. He genuinely cares about each of his customers.
Recently, we had an issue with some shingles, and Rob came out himself to fix the issue and said that it was “covered under warranty”. In a time when customer service is not other business’ priority, Rob and his team make customer service first. I highly recommend Little Apple Roofing

We love our new roof! The price we signed and was quoted never changed. It had to be installed in two time frames because we wanted metal on our porch areas. (Siding needed installed first over those areas) Brian was patient and worked well with the siding company to make sure our roof was sealed up and the look we wanted.

Moved into my home four years ago and my roof was ancient then. It was crying out for a full replacement after the beatings it took from the storms this spring. Called on Little Apple Roofing and they did an outstanding job!!

In addition to replacing my shingles, Rob and his crew were able to tackle a bigger issue -- a leak in the old roof had caused significant water damage to the canopy connected to the house.

The guys from Little Little Apple Roofing were able to remove the canopy from the house and repair the damaged ledger, soffits, and decking on the same day they replaced the entire roof. The roofline from the house to the canopy is absolutely seamless now!

Watch out here. These guys do shady business through deceptive billing and exploiting legal loop holes to overcharge their customers. We had a complete roof put on under insurance(which they exploited and double charged us for in comparison to other roofing companies. We were initially quoted a nearly identical quote for the “complete roof r&r” and were made to believe thats all we were being charged only to be rebilled for double that and were forced to pay for the repair. As well in doing so Rob quoted “the law says that he can take as much as the insurance pays out”, and that means even if its more than they would ordinarily charge…this law sounds intentionally manipulated by someone in legislature to aid people like this company to help drain insurance companies and their customers.) They also do shotty repair work also. I recently was cleaning gutters and found that the underlayment of the new roof had been neglected and was misrepaired leaving our home vulnerable to further damage. This is an issue that should have been addressed during the roof replacement. I contacted Rob to inspect it under warranty and he has refused to appropriately address the issue and is not willing to do so any further. Sadly this is a beloved home of my Grandmother who has stayed here more than 30 years and even that does not mean anything to Rob. He tried initially paying us off with measly gift card worth a couple dinners at texas road house and has continuously requested we remove our reviews to conceal the fact he does poor work and neglects his customers wellbeing aswell. Avoid these guys at all costs, theyre slick tongued and will sweet talk you to no end. If i wasnt under the pressure of having to rely on the warranty coverage im stuck with, we wouldnt even have called back. We WILL NOT do business with Little apple roofing and especially not Rob again.

These guys are definitely the best in town! We called several roofers and none of them were able to help us through our insurance process like they could. We needed our roof repaired on a Saturday after an animal was digging and picking and ripped of shingles. Rob came on a Saturday to repair several spots on the roof because we were expecting rain the next day. It was great service. Several months later we reached out to have our roof replaced and they did an incredible job. It changed the whole look of our house and they did it in one day, clean up and all. We were very pleased and impressed with their customer service and quality of the job. Highly recommend Little Apple Roofing!

Brian Hall was extremely reliable from start to finish of getting our roof replaced after a hail storm. He met our insurance adjuster onsite which made the claim process very easy. The crew worked quickly and always made sure the job site remained cleaned on the ground which was important to us because we have little kids. As a single, female, senior citizen, I was anxious about having my roof replaced because I didn't have a clue what needed to be done or where to go first. Tyler was fantastic! He walked me through everything in great detail and "held my hand" during the process. He was readily available and took care of things that should've been done by the insurance agent/company. The roofers were efficient and professional. They did a great job of cleaning up and the roof and gutters look great. If I ever have to go through this again, I want Tyler by my side!

I am not sure I can say enough good things about working with Tyler. He made this entire process a breeze. Had them replace roof and gutters. The first night we get hit with a rainstorm. Water pouring in from our skylight. Water ran down through our interior walls through the light fixtures in our basement. They DID come out the next day to repair the skylight and said they would be back to repair any damage to the walls. Never had any follow up. Wouldn't have been an issue if they had done it correctly and proffessionally the first time.

Was trying to figure out why I had rain water leaking between the eave fascia and the gutter. Got on the ladder and found the gutters weren't secured to the fascia correctly allowing rain water to leak between them (see pics).

I had a gut feeling about these guys from day 1 and didn't listen to it. Life lesson.

You've got my number. Why should I have to reach out to you when that failed in the past?

The damage from the skylight leak we figured we could fix since your team wasn't interested. While it is annoying, we are capable of these damages (see pics, the ceiling picture doesn't show the staining from wet ceiling joist, but it is there).

There is no visible sign of mold at this time. If we do notice any of that, we will definitely be in touch.

I was able to correct the gutter leak with a screw and a boat load of flex seal. Hopefully the flex seal can withstand the heat.

The really frustrating thing is the damage the gutter leak caused the sidewalk I had replaced a couple years ago (see pic).

To be completely honest, the wife and I are uncomfortable dealing with you again. We both had bad feelings after initial contacts with you and regretted signing that contract. I wanted to post this so other prospective customers are aware that your work and customer service are not always 5 star.

I called in the morning for what, admittedly, was a small job. Brian was at my house that afternoon and addressed the problem on the spot. He was quick, courteous, and willing to take on my small job. If the attention I received is any indication, Little Apple Roofing is good for any size job.

Tyler was personally involved and proactive from day one. He invested a lot of time in the job before a single shingle was replaced. We ended up doing an entire roof job and gutters in about a month from the insurance claim until completion, and that includes waiting on the insurance company to do their thing. We were very pleased with the work and attention our house got, we appreciate Tyler walking us through the process. Definitely recommend!

Would rate higher if I could, Tyler has done above and beyond what someone could reasonably ask a roofing contractor and knocked all of it out of the park. We were in the process of selling our house and my insurance claim agent was an absolute nightmare to get in touch with, or work with. and I’m certain the entire claim would’ve fallen through or been lost by my claims agent had it not been for Tyler’s diligence and experience dealing with insurance. Tyler pointed me in the right direction more than a few times in the process of selling my house from his exceptional trade experience.

When we finally did get the green light from insurance the crew was in and out in a day and a half for a full roof replacement.

We had large limbs fall during a thunderstorm event from a 200’ tall oak tree. The limbs caused several areas of damage including penetrating the roof. I called in the morning and he had the limb removed and a temporary repair made a little after lunch. He worked with our insurance company and managed the complete repair. Prices were in line and after approval all the repairs were made within the week. The roofing crew were polite and did a good repair job, and cleaned up the area, running a magnetic bar to locate any stray nails. I have used them again on repairing leaks on my barn , and to check for damages after our most recent encounter with a tornado and would recommend them for your repairs.

I am a Kansas Guardsman currently deployed. While some businesses would see this as an opportunity to make a quick profit with little work, Little Apple Roofing did not. Not only did they do an excellent job, but also with dozens of pictures sent to prove their work was spot on. This would have been plenty for me to be happy, but they didn’t stop there. It was discovered that damage had occurred inside the house as well. Another company had originally tarped the house and when they were unable to complete the job I hired Little Apple Roofing. With no additional phone calls and work on my part, they got the additional work approved by my insurance and completed the entire job inside and out in less time than expected. Honestly so impressed with this company! I had called another company weeks before and was getting no responses from them, called up Robbie (on a Saturday no less) and got an answer right away. He was friendly and responsive and was at my house by that Monday to cover the exposed spots and quote the price of the work. He came back Thursday to finish the work, sent pics for me to review, and charged us a fair price matching what he quoted. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Little Apple Roofing did a great job on our roof. They repaired several inherent problems which they corrected. The final product was a far superior roof. Rob kept in touch with us well throughout the process.

I called Little Apple for a quote while needing a leak in my roof repaired. Robert showed up later than I thought but still looked at my roof while I was not at home. He called me when he left and told me my roof was not up to code (a home I've owned less than a year and had an inspection on) and that I'd have to remove two layers of shingles and replace the roof. He sent me a quote for $9,234. He did tell me we could fix the leaking vent only if I wanted but did not include that in his quote. He also told me not to contact my insurance.

Several other companies all took a look at my roof. Turns out it IS up to code, does not need replaced, and the leak was taken care of for free because it was so small. Another company told me they'd replace it for under $7,000 and that the first guy must've been taking advantage of me.

I concluded that was the case. If you use this company, get several other opinion's because he WILL try and take advantage of you. Probably why he didn't want me calling my insurance company.

I had them come out and look over my roof. They were very informative and helpful with their recommendations. Great place to start if you don't know what you need in regards to roofing.

We have a rental home in Manhattan that had an old roof with a leak. We don’t live there and have to rely on hiring contractors remotely. Little Apple Roofing reacted quickly, was very fair with pricing, and communicated consistently. They even replaced the furnace flue ca which was damaged. When the job was complete, they sent several pictures of the work. I would use them again.
