Gardner Roofing

Gardner Roofing installed a new roof for us in October 2023. The roof continued to leak. We called Gardner and they came out with a correction. The water damage is worse now than before the roof was replaced in October. Roofing nails were stashed in our downspouts. Our insurance adjuster said the roof was improperly installed and would have to be replaced. Cannot recommend this company.

We were buying a new house and had Gardner come out for an inspection after the home inspector noticed "some hail damage." Well, they found the hail damage and a few other issues I would consider significant -- those being misplaced vents and a skylight that was long past its expected life. Gardner said the vents would cause the roof to age much faster than it should, and the skylight could start being a problem at any time. Insurance agreed and we got a new roof, new vents and a new skylight -- the only thing we paid for was a shingle upgrade, but that will pay for itself with the money we will save on our homeowner's insurance. Gardner recommended we check with our agent for that very reason and I'm glad we did.

Needless to say we are very pleased. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and courteous from start to finish. Crew was fast and could barely tell anyone was there after they were gone.

I used to manage apartments and utilized Gardner for roof repairs. They always repaired our roofs in a fast and professional manner. Recently my home needed roof and gutter replacement so I called them. They gave me a great bid and replaced my roof and gutters in a fast and professional manner and left the work area clean. Three of my neighbors also hired them to replace their roofs and all were happy with the final results. I highly recommend them!

Garnder Roofing installed our roof on our new contruction home. We didnt like the way the corners of our roof was done, we can see plywood and into the attic through holes. We asked someone to come out and take a look at it, the st person to come out said that the roof was done properly but put some caulk in the holes just to make us feel better. We were not happy with this fix. Then Lee Gardner himself came out and looked at it. It said he had a solution for the problem and would be back in a few weeks to take care of it. It has been almost months and not a word from him. I have called and left voice mails, I have left messages with employees to have him call me back, I have sent emails and nothing.

Very efficient. Detailed information on what they will do. Wish they weren’t so far out booked. Would like to get the work done sooner

Lee and his staff took excellent care of us in our time of need. Our roof was damaged during a severe wind storm. He tarped our roof within 2 days of the damage and had it completely reroofed shortly after. His crews worked very hard to get us done in one day. After they cleaned up, you couldn't even tell there was a crew there. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing contractor!!

I have used Gardner roofing for new roofs on 6 or more houses. They do great work and they stand behind their work for any issues that I have had.

We hired this company to do a roof replacement. Their quote was the best of 5 roofers. They completed the entire job in a day and a half. It looked very good and the staff was very polite. They left my lot spic and span after they finished. I would recommend you to call them for a quote.

The actual roofing job was done fine but the cleanup job was terrible. Was picking trash up from my yard and driveway for a good month after they were done. And even found a couple nails in my driveway!! Called and left message but no one got back to me. Would not recommend

Wanted a insurance check for roof, they got there fast and told me the hard truth that even though neighbors got theirs replaced mine was totally fine. I appreciate an honest company.

Gardner roofing has done some work for me and my family on several different occasions and they always do quality work. Pricing is comparable but I know it's getting done right and usually pretty quickly which is why I choose them over every one else.

Lee really knows roofing! He is always willing to go the extra mile and help figure out mysterious leaks, he is extremely through, and completely explains all your options. He makes reccomendations on products and why some are better than others. He gives you an honest opinion and if you dont need the expensive options he will tell you. Always great to find reliable and trust worthy contractors. I even sent him to my mothers house. Give him a call, you wont be disappointed!

A few years ago (I'm a little late with the review, but I'm needing roof repairs done currently, so I figured I could leave a review before I called them) during a horrible storm that hit Topeka, I called Gardner, faith roofing, and apelhanz (spelling) to get a quote to repair the spot on my roof that was damaged in the storm. Faith and appelhanz both said my entire roof had to be replaced (even though the roof was under five years old, and it was literally a small patch that needed to be repaired) Both companies quoted me over three grand higher then what is cost three years prior when the roof was replaced. Werid how that worked. Anyway, Gardner came out, said I absolutely did not need to replace the entire roof, and gave me a quote of a couple hundred dollars. They did the work and when it was done, I thought something didn't look right. I called them and told them my concern, and they sent workers out to fix it two or three days later and sent someone to supervise the work and made sure I was happy when they were done. Keep in mind, half of Topeka had storm damage and needed their roofs replaced or repaired. To have them come out so quickly for a quote, to do the work, and come back out and redo what I didn't like was absolutely awesome. I will never use another roofing company and I suggest you don't either.
