Randy responded quickly to my request for scheduling and we had a contract and inspection done within the same week. He was very professional, the process took 2.5 hours and his report is very thorough. The inspection report comes with multiple pictures, comments and arrows/marks showing areas of concern and suggestions for resolution. There are also comments regarding suggested maintenance for appliances and areas that pass inspection but may need follow up in the future. At the end he summarizes any issues and suggestions. Randy also followed up and made himself available for questions regarding the inspection report.

Randall was very easy to work with! He walked me through the process step by step and was very easy to communicate with. Any questions I had were answered quickly and he was very prompt in answering his emails. He also followed up after the inspection to make sure that we didn't have any other questions and made sure that we could view the inspection report. I would recommend his services to anyone needing a home inspection done!
