Mr. Dillingham did several home inspections for me. He played a major part in my home buying experience. He is very good at what he does. He's honest and affordable. If there is something wrong or hidden underlying issues with the home, he will find them.

Dave is awesome. Way easy to work with. His knowledge is beyond others. He responds very quickly and knows his stuff. Hey this guy is the one to call on for any kind of home inspections. David did our home inspection on our newly built home. Very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough starting by walking on the roof and checking it. He found a couple of things that needed looked into like the gutters evacuating too close to the foundation and let us know immediately.
