Lion Exteriors and Construction

The work was completed well and in a timely manner, communication was great. However, when Marco asked me if I wanted some of the old siding removed and disposed of (at extra cost) I declined. They did the work anyway and he said not to worry the insurance company is paying for it. Well, they didn’t pay for it and now I have a bill for $1600 in extra costs for work that I previously declined. On top of that I’m left with 5 broken sprinkler heads, at least 1 broken roof shingle, a mangled gutter heater cable, dozens of nails left all over the property and completely trampled flowers. I know things are going to get stepped on with all the men working, but the damage is excessive. The crew installing the siding were professional, when my wife or I were present. When they thought no one was looking they were peeing in the bushes in my backyard. I understand people need to use the bathroom but show some respect I have 3 children that play in the yard. Lions goal is $$$$ so these men do not get the accommodations that a legit company would and should provide. Everything seemed ok until weeks after completion when the extra bills came in and we started noticing all the issues.

The vinyl siding on our house was torn off due to an accident with a lawn company.
Our insurance company had Lion Exteriors do a complete replacement of the siding and the trim. Marco was in communication throughout the process.
The construction took a little longer than expected due to some minor hiccups, but Marco and the team came through in the end.

While they were removing part of the siding, we noticed a leak on our ceiling.
While removing the siding, Lion had simply revealed a problem that was already there. The leak was due to missing flashing on the front. Apparently, the person we had purchased our home from had shingles installed, but neglected to install flashing in that area. Marco and his team took care of it right away, no questions asked. Fortunately, this was covered by our insurance company.

Isaiah had recommended replacing windows, since the siding was already off and the windows were more exposed. They were old, and a few of them either would not open, and/or close, so we agreed.
It took a while for the window company to replenish their stock, so that was put on hold for a bit (no fault of Lion).
There was some miscommunication on how they were going to be installed, but thanks to Marco and his good customer service, it worked out 'very' well in the end.

Our home, windows, and new front roof shingles look 'Fantastic' both inside and out. We could not have asked for anything better.
