Linden Inspections

I had an inspection from Linden Inspections when purchasing my first home and was very happy with Casey’s service. He was informative and gave me a lot of useful insight into the house. I would definitely go with linden again.

I would not recommend this inspector. Since we were not from the area, our realtor recommended this inspector. We needed someone very thorough, and Casey was certainly not. He was intimidated by the seller and should have just refused to do the inspection. The seller hid so many problems, but he lacked the curiosity to find that the solar water heater leaked and was not properly installed or functioning. He made a big deal of a few roofing nails, but neglected to point out different roofing materials used. The shower was improperly installed and the only mention was some mildew found. I was just sick about all the important failures of the house he did not bring our attention to. I only mention a few examples of problems we encountered after purchasing our home. Given the response, it would be decent to at least refund the fee paid to make it somewhat right.

Casey showed up on time, was professional and thorough, and we had our inspection report the same day! He also came back to inspect an area not previously accessible. Awesome service!

Casey did a great job in pointing out areas that could be improved or fixed in our home. Luckily there were no major issues. He was friendly and professional and arrived on time. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a home inspector in or near the community of Sequim .

Needed a quick inspection for changing house insurance company and Casey was able to come out very quickly. He did an awesome job explaining what he was checking and any concerns very efficiently - and done at a very fair price. HIGHLY recommend !

Casey did a great job on our inspection. Was very through and had pictures and explained what the problems were and any gave solutions to help you out. The experience for us was that we were back home and our and our brother in law was walking around with Casey and again he telling our brother in law what the issues were and also what it would entail.
