I could not recommend Pat more highly for one's roofing needs! We noticed a leak in our ceiling of our house not that long after moving into it and after looking at a lot of roofers who didn't deal with tile roofs like ours, we found Lifetime Tilers. Pat came out to give us a free inspection and quote, immediately identified the problem (an underlayment that should have been replaced many years ago), and was incredibly patient with us as the sale of our condo, which we needed to close on to fund the roofing job, ended up being dragged out for months on end. When we finally closed, Pat got us on the books quickly and he and his team did a spectacular job with our roof, working both quickly and carefully, and being very respectful of our space and time. We especially appreciated their going above and beyond to marble our tiles, which were multiple colors, when they put them back, in order to spread the colors out more evenly, which is a lovely aesthetic touch that didn't even occur to us. I'm thrilled that our roof is in tiptop shape now for the rest of our lifetimes, and to have, if I do say so myself, the best looking roof in the neighborhood. Thank you, Pat!

My 100 year old slate roofed condominium building has used Life Time Tilers for over 8 years. They have replaced our gutters, added snow guards on the roof, have systematically been replacing roof valleys throughout our roof over the last seven years, replaced missing slate tiles, repaired an open, leaky roof area around a chimney and sealed problem areas of our roof area. Pat Smith and his crew are professional, quick to respond and do an excellent job.

As a Common Interest Community Manager working with and managing Condominiums in Connecticut, I have relied on Pat Smith, President of Lifetime Tilers , Inc on working with Mission Tile and Slate Tiling Roofing service repairs. Our Management Company, The Wm M Hotchkiss Co as provided Mgmt Services to two buildings (developed in 1925- 1927 period), during 2011 to 2023 and currently.
Lifetime Tilers, Inc has completed extensive mission tile roofing projects during 2012 through 2015 period, removing tiles to replace worn under lament, replacing rotted wood and resetting mission tiles. This project cost over 1.2 million dollars. The company continues to service any chimney and copper valley repairs currently needing service.
Another Condo building in New Haven had slate roof repairs and copper valley replacement projects each year during 2014 to 2023. New Snow guards were also installed to prevent accumulated snow from sliding off at doors entries. This work was fully completed and warranted.
Pat Smith, President of Lifetime Tilers, Inc has provided consistent quality service work, completed in a timely period, and approved pricing proposals remain good when the Invoices are received. Pat Smith and his workers completed my ranch roof in 1and1/2 days, including repairing our cracked chimney cap, chimney flashing and stained chimney surface cleaning. We highly recommend Lifetime Tilers for the scrutiny and care they performed throughout the installation. With our extensive vegetation surrounding our house, they meticulously avoided any damage to all of it. They promptly and efficiently cleaned up all the debris and left our yard spotless at the end of each day.

Lifetime Tilers recently completed the tile roof on the restoration of a 106 year old structure at the Connecticut Trolley Museum in E. Windsor Ct. Due to the nature of this historic restoration we relied 100% on Lifetime’s expertise to spec the job, get the material and install the tiles. We were not disappointed. The tiling came out as required to properly represent the original 106 year old structure. Lifetime met their schedule and the project came in on budget. Great company to work with!

You can't go wrong with Pat and Lifetime Tilers! Pat and his team took every single Ludowici tile off our historic 1910 Chestnut Hill home during our renovations, replaced flashing to make our roof water tight and put every tile back perfectly plus adding snow guards where needed. In addition, he found matching tiles for us for a seem-less transition for our new mudroom and garage. My husband and I could not have been happier with Pat's professionalism and responsiveness. Pat and his crew did a great job replacing my 100 year old clay tile roof, so good that several of my neighbors hired him to work on their roofs as well.
