We had the vinyl siding replaced on our whole house with a combination of fiber cement siding and rockery , and all the windows were replaced. Communication was good. Quality of work was good. The price was in line with other estimates we got and the final price was right at the estimated price. The project was originally estimated to take 5-6 weeks, but actually took 10 weeks. There were problems with the window supplier failing to actually order all the windows, weather caused painting delays and there were lulls between subcontractors. They cleaned up well afterwards. We would recommend using them for this type of project.

The crew from Lifetime Exterior Solutions LLC did an outstanding job with the roof, siding, paint, gutters, soffits, and gutters on my home. You saw that right! A complete exterior remodel. The finished project looks amazing and I’m confident I won’t need to worry about the exterior of my home for years to come, but if I do I also feel confident that the Lifetime team will be there to address it. We had Tony's team replace the siding on the front of our house, install new windows, facia boards and soffits, and then paint everything. Tony was great to work with the whole time and his on-site team were meticulous, hard workers that were easy to communicate with. Highly recommend them!

I had hired this company to paint the exterior of my chimney stack after a mason had done a new cement crown (the house is a mason house painted white). He had to be texted multiple times to be reminded about the job to have his worker show up with the wrong product (exterior latex paint instead of sealer and masonry paint). The owner became frustrated with me and tried to argue that the latex paint was fine. He referred to me as “lady” and hung up on me and would not answer my call. He called his worker and advised him to leave. Bottom line, this is not how business should ever be conducted or people ever be treated. Hire this company at your own risk.

Tony's team did work on our 16 unit condo building ~2 years back. Originally, it was supposed to be a paint job but once they started they found a bunch of issues with the building that needed to be addressed (rotting decks and siding). In a stressful situation, they came up with some solutions all at very reasonable prices. There were some delays as their deck supplier was behind (COVID supply chain issues) but really none of the delay's were Tony's fault. The building looks really really good now and I would hire Tony and his team again. Don't get scared into hiring the white glove company with the fancy website and consultant reports -- it's a waste of money and time... go with lifetime.

Lifetime Exterior Solutions did a wonderful job re-siding and painting our home in 2021. Even in the face of material shortages and a few surprises found once the old siding was removed they finished on time and on budget. I had a pleasure to meet Phil for a consultation regarding my roof. He came 10mins earlier, was very professional and honest. At a glance, he correctly estimate the age of my roof (he said 10years old and the roof was changed 12 years ago), explained how to properly maintain it, gave me a lot of tips regarding proper attic insulation and didn't charge for the visit. Definitely the best contractor I had work with!

To all the service providers who waste their and our time, including lifetime exterior solutions - please stop. It's really unnecessary and unprofessional to drive all the way out to your potential customers, spend an hour taking detailed notes and pictures, shaking hands and promising an estimate, only to never be heard from again. If it's not the project you want to take on, just say so. Earn a star for being honest. Better yet, recommend someone and earn a referral. It's really not that complicated. But no, somehow a good portion always thinks the best course of action is to just silently evaporate. Weird, but it's your choice I guess. I'll just never understand how it helps to promote your business.

Tony and his team did an excellent job providing new siding, gutter, and exterior paint at our home in Bothell. I solicited 9 quotes for the project, and the price range was quite scary. Tony provided a complete, competitive, and honest bid that was very detailed. Tony also had some great design ideas and also made some suggestions for decorative trim around my front windows. The siding and paint crews were super nice, and they worked well together. Their level of detail was second to none and the siding and paint job look amazing. There was a small mix up with the type of paint, but Tony resolved the issue fairly. Towards the middle of the project, we had to put our German Shephard of 12 years down. We laid with him outside for the better part of 2 days and the workers were very understanding and sympathetic. We were appreciative of their kindness. I would highly reccommend Lifetime Exterior Solutions!

The gentleman that came to give us an estimate was the most condescending person I've ever met. We are shopping around for a siding company for our house. Not only are we looking at price, but the different materials they offer. During the gentleman talking, he kept saying how he didn't need our business, and that he had jobs lined up until spring. He had asked what another company quoted us, and laughed at us thinking the price could be lower. When he asked us if the price and payment is right, would we decide today, mind you we haven't even been shown what they offer yet. I told him, and we mostly want to see what materials for siding they offer, since the other company only had two choices. Then he proceeded to bash one of the companies that makes one of the materials, and said he didn't know how to respond to my ask of just seeing what his company offers. My husband and I understand that we are in a pandemic, and prices can and will fluctuate, but when you own a company you need to understand that people will still shop around even if it is for the right product.

Tony and his team did an amazing siding job for my client. It was a complicated multi-story home that had three different styles of Hardie siding. His flashing work for the siding was also excellent, and then he painted the exterior with multiple coats for a top quality paint job. His team always took the extra effort to do the job right, and the cleanup afterwards was great too. The home is now beautiful. I will definitely contact Tony at Lifetime Exterior Solutions for my next siding or painting job.

I hired Lifetime Exterior Solutions to repair some water damage, reside my entire home and paint. They started the work right before the pandemic hit so it took longer than we thought but this was due to no fault on their part. Tony is sometimes not as responsive as I would have liked. It took a lot of effort to get him to respond on several items. Issac, one of his foreman, was a delight. He listened to all my concerns and fixed everything I asked him to fix and he did it perfectly. Overall I am very pleased with the work they did and have received many, many compliments.

Almost two years later, still looks great! I was very pleased with the work they did, and after two years my re-siding project is still looking great! I also had them built a porch overhang and do some soffit work. I appreciate the honesty and kindness that Tony provided throughout the process, as well as the warranty for the future. Additionally, though not the cheapest bid I had at the time, still reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received. Thanks!

If you’re looking for quality service...then you should use Lifetime Exterior!

The preparation before painting speaks volumes of the quality work. They power washed, repaired cement boards, and caulked...then painted. They also put down multiple coats of stain on the cedar shingle siding to ensure protection. They were in constant communication, letting me know what would be done and when it was scheduled to be completed.

I was pleasantly surprised on the walk around inspection...not one single thing needed corrected or touched up!

The final product was exactly what we were hoping for. Unfortunately the length of time to complete the project took much longer than we anticipated. However, they were able to work through the issues and make sure that we were satisfied at the end.

Lifetime Exterior Solutions did a great job on my siding project! My house had T1-11 siding that was practically crumbling off the south side, and I wanted to replace it with Hardie Plank. Phil came out and gave me a great walk through of what Lifetime Exterior Solutions would do and answered all of my questions. Before the job was to start Tony, the owner, came out to get a look at the house and go over any other questions and the basics of the work. The whole project was done in a week, 4-5 days for siding and 2 days for painting. All the workers were nice, professional, and did beautiful work! We love our new siding, and the neighbors keep coming by and telling us how great our house looks, too!

I needed the east side of our two story home's siding replaced with James Hardi lap siding. Needed it quickly as we were selling the house and our buyer requested it be completed before we close on the home.
