I had two jobs completed by Jerris on my home, and I have recommended him to my friends, who have also been very happy with their results. Jerris fixed my chimney and put on a new chimney cap so I was able to use my fire place. He also redid my hallway and bathroom flooring, as well as replaced the vanity in the bathroom. I hope to have him complete more projects in my home, and I will continue to recommend him to others, as I am very happy with the outcome, and the pricing.

I had work done over the winter on my kitchen and I couldn't be happier! Jerris was so easy to work with and we felt like we were in good hands from start to finish. He was honest, fair, and did a great job explaining things.

Liberty is terrific! I had a large complex structural job, Jerris (now my best friend) was patient, held my hand through the entire process, and worked with the building dept to pull all necessary permits. Their team, James and LJ, worked tirelessly (and answered all my dumb questions) until the work was completed. Couldn’t be happier with the results and the value!

They installed a stainless steel cap on my chimney. In the process, Jay discovered deterioration that needed repair. He secured it until the spring. He and his co-worker were professional, polite and most of all..... he kept his word about timing and price. Highly recommended!

Outstanding company to do business with! Jerris was awesome - reasonable quote, answered all questions and started work when they said they would! The guys that did the work were great. I have used liberty for two different projects. The first listed below between 5-10k. Our second project was between 60-80k.

Liberty over the fall and winter did a very large project at the house adding 2 large dormers(40ft and 20ft) to create 3 bedroom and large beautiful bathroom. My only complaint wouod be the process did take some time longer then expected especually with covid protocols which in the current enviroment around us should be expected. The team was great about our safety. Always were a mask, used a ladder to go in the window in the rooms they were working on so didnt go through our house. If there was any question of someone being around anything covid related multiple negative test were taken. The team had to take off our entire second floor and roof and rebuild the entire floor. The process went great with everything going on. They did a great job keeping things clean and working with us on any changes and design. The addition came out great. 3 large bedrooms, hardwood floors, full tile bathroom with multiple shower heads and sides. All closets and room layout was created with team to ensure product was what you were hoping for. Full process was taken care of from demo, plumbing, electrical, plaster, painting,clean up, all framing and finish work. The team went above and beyond to make sure the rooms details were up to the standard we had hoped for. Key team members Jack and Johnny did great finish work.

If you are looking for a respectful, hard working, reasonable, and a great finished protect this team is fantastic. If you want a well finished job vs just a quick finish job this team is top notch.

Quote process was great. Gave many different options and were very detailed on costs.

*UPDATE*

Liberty and team removed, and added 5 new basement coulmns in our finished basement. They not only removed the finished floors but put all flooring back best as possible to make it appear they were never there.

The team also took out a structural wall between my living room and dining room and put a lvl beam and added hardwood to the new area. The team was very professional and in good spirits. They retained all permits and worked with inspector at each step.Workers were very knowledgable and answered all questions. The job took slightly more time then quoted but all cost was covered by liberty.

The team received 5 stars vs 4 stars due to team member John coming and doing all the finish work and making sure any questions or small finishing were completed above expectation.

I would recommend liberty for small and large jobs

Called for chimney rebuild and a cap put on. Jerris got in touch with me quickly, came out and fairly and honestly gave me an estimate. It was November and he made himself available the first good weather day he saw and they quickly and professionally did everything extremely well. Can't thank and recommend these guys enough!

Dan came to give a quote and was incredibly thorough and laid out all of our options. He did not push any extra work on us, but kept it manageable while being honest with his opinion.

Where do I start? They didn't get a permit for the job, lied to me that the job didn't need a permit, didn't send a licensed supervisor to the site, didn't bring necessary tools (drill, sawsall, pry bar, shop vac, and measuring tape), needed assistance from my property manager in laying out 2x2 squares to cut the new footing (initially laid out a 1x4 rectangle), didn't come with proper ventilation and made the CO2 sensors go off in the house (which meant I had to air out my house in the freezing weather), sexually harassed my female property manager and oh yes, the icing on the cake: one of the workers took a piss in my basement. My property manager happened to be heading downstairs to check the progress and caught him. We also learned from our neighbors later that one of them had already relieved himself in full view of the street earlier in the week. And although they pulled those guys from the job, I learned that they are still employed by Liberty. I cannot stress how horrible the work was. I'm submitting complaints to the state.

Took our money a total of twenty thousand dollars to rebuild our home that was a total loss due to fire. After delaying us for months and performing very little they come to us requesting a new contract and half up front.
That is illegal. Demanding that much up front is illegal. We terminated thier services and have received no money returned. Avoid this company. All above is true and honest.

Liberty Construction did beautiful work on my home. They changed the area and bathroom, in addition to our foyer. Everything turned out perfectly and they were very nice.

I really enjoyed my experience with Liberty Construction, it was excellent overall. I couldn't have asked for more, they have always done exactly what I've asked and wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my family and friends.
