The skylight was leaking at our home in Odenton MD and I called several roofing companies and APC Roofing answered with a live person to schedule a repair. They were able to send out Marco and he arrived the same day and installed new flashing around our skylight to stop the leak.

just bought my first home and needed a new roof. I looked online and I called several companies but APC Roofing Services actually answered the phone. I set up a virtual estimate via Google meet and I spoke with an estimator that went over all the options. They sent our a field manager to verify all the details and the roof was fully installed a weeklater. APC Roofing also provided me with a warranty and had great no interest no payment financing for 6 months. Thank you guys for a job well done.

We had a leak in our home in Annapolis from the recent rains. Called APC Roofiing Services and reached a service tech who took my urgent request to fix a leak. The roofing tech showed up within 2 hours and tarped my roof to stop the rain from coming in. Marco, the tech came out again when the weather was dry and fixed the leak. I highly recommend APC Roofing Services . I noticed a leak in my ceiling on Saturday and found that I had several wet spots in my attic my house is on the water in Annapolis MD. I called them Sunday morning and they came out within a few hours to look at my roof. They went up in my attic with me and showed me that besides the leaks, I had some ventilation issues. They gave me a verbal quote then and a written quote the next day. I agreed to it and the work was scheduled and completed the following Monday. There were no add on charges and I was very satisfied with the job.

had APC Roofing Services replace a rubber roof in preparation for solar panels. They were super responsive, did great fast work, and were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I also called them when I had a small leak in a different part of the roof (where they didn't replace it). They came out right away, super friendly, and caulked around some pipes to fix the leak free of charge. Amazing!

had contacted APC Roofing Services regarding a poor ventilation issue in our home in Carderock Springs Later the same day, Zack from APC came by checked the attic and noted poor ventilation was due to inferior attic ridge venting and poor soffit vents and a moisture build up do to poor installation of original bathroom fans.
I received a quote to replace the ridge vent and install new
full soffit vents under the eaves, along with properly venting the bathroom
fans through the roof. We contracted the job for a fair price, the work was

Our experience with APC Roofing Services went beyond 5 stars! Our need for APC Roofing was due to a large pine tree falling on our home in Bethesda. After using a board up company provided by the insurance co, and still having water leaking into the house, APC Roofing Services came out and worked into the dark to board up and secure the roof so that we didn’t suffer any further damage to the interior of the house. The entire roof rebuild which included replacing framework, all plywood and shingles took place a week later and was flawless. 2 days, no issues. They did great work and cleaned up the job site leaving nothing behind. Big shout out to Alex at APC for explaining everything in detail, answering the many questions my wife and I had and always stopping by to check on the job. Also shout out to Gina for your quick email responses and tireless efforts to help us with all the insurance paperwork. I had my roof replaced by APC in 2021. There are signs of leakage in the home. I have been trying to call APC to come back and take a look and perform a repair. Don’t bother calling, they will never call you back despite the voicemails you leave them. Emailing is useless as well. I went as far as reaching out to the representative that oversaw my roof install and he no longer works for the company. They take your money, do shoddy work and when it’s time to honor their warranty, they’re ghost. Be warned. Never use this company.

These guys know commercial roofing. We needed our warehouse roof in Baltimore replaced. David from APC was great through the whole process. The crew worked diligently and there were no disruptions to our operations. We will use them for our other buildings in the future. The white TPO roof really helps keep our building cooler and looks great.

After interviewing five companies, we decided to go with APC to replace our aging roof. The decision was made based on quality of materials, plan of action and trust. The execution was great. There were one or two very small things that needed attention and Diego took care of them immediately. I have already recommended APC Roofing Services to three friends. And, I highly recommend them.

I am having problems with roof leaks, missing flashing, and rotten wood so I called APC to schedule for someone to come take a look. Andy was scheduled to come at 4pm on Tuesday and never showed up. I called him and he apologized and I decided to give him a second chance so we rescheduled for Thursday at 4pm. Again, he never showed up and never called. How does APC expect to stay in business with such poor customer service? Just terrible

We just had our roof replaced by APC Roofing Services, after doing our due diligence and asking for a number of quotes. APC were easily the most professional, willing to negotiate on price, and offered the best product. This was borne out during the actual job, as the crew was considerate, careful, and finished the entire roof in one day. Many thanks APC, great job

Since zero is not an option, I will go with one star. Reached out on the number given and I was texted back that someone will swing by 10-12 today. One takes the time to be available during a work day. Then a no show. If this is how your business engages in business sales, I can only imagine what happens when you folks do the actual job. Don't take your customer for granted. There are plenty of contractors who would hustle and show up on time to pitch for a job.

I will take my business elsewhere.

Steve B. at APC did an amazing job coordinating with the insurance company: because of his work, the insurance company paid for the whole thing.

Steve was great at navigating rough patches in the process and guiding the work to completion. There were a few small problems with the work after the roofers left, but Steve made what could have been a terribly frustrating experience into smooth sailing. He is a great communicator and always went the extra mile to ensure that the job was done right.

After the work was completed, checks from the insurance company got lost in the mail and other weird delays kept happening. Amy at APC was totally professional and diligent about working with the insurance company, always trying to spare me stress and wasted time as much as possible. Her kindness, intelligence, and good humor made all the difference.

I can't recommend APC Roofing highly enough.

A Complete no show.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We were all set up and scheduled at 11:00am for them to come out yesterday to fix a leak in our skylight, right before this huge rain storm today. Then right before our 11:00am appointment, the contractor calls and said he would be there before 1:00pm. 1:00pm rolls right around, no call no anything. It's 2:00pm we decide to call. A guy answers the phone, we explain our dilemma, he totally disregards it and attempts to schedule us again. We ask about our scheduled appointment he literally just doesn't even address it and ask us to if we would like get on the schedule for another day. Like are we being pranked here.... he can't be for real. Now it's 3:00pm. We call another one of their many numbers, a woman answers, she has better wherewithal and etiquette, but still doesn't address our appointment spot but does make note of the no show. At this point I'm done. We've got to get this thing fixed, last minute and all. Later around 5:00pm someone from the company calls my husband and tells him we were never on the schedule. But how... when someone called us twice prior to confirm the schedule with us. So that was clearly a big fat fib. Don't spit on us and tell us it's raining!! (all puns intended). Moral of the story is this company and it's brand have shown and proved that they're unreliable, have poor quality of communication, and no regard for their potential customer's needs as well as time. So much for their advertised 24/7 service.

We had a roof leak and APC roofing services fix it in about 30 minutes. They show us a picture of the hole in our roof. They did a great job, and We are very happy with the work that was done.

I had an old roof removed and a new one installed and in over 30 years never had a better experience on a construction project. I found APC Services on google. I started seeing water stains come through ceiling in my living room. I called APC and they sent Patrick and Nikki out to look at my roof and my ceiling. They found that the chimney flashing was lifted up and unsecured and that’s how water entered into the house. Patrick repaired the area and then the following day he came out with a crew to repair the inside ceiling . The crew was professional and put protective plastic on my furniture and floor. They cleaned up everything nicely . I’m really glad I called APC Services. This is a fantastic team. Highly recommend

We were planning to replace our roof this year, but didn't know the claim process with insurance company and Nikki explained and guided the entire process and made everything so easy for us. We didn't just replace our 25 years old roof, but upgraded it with beautiful architectural shingles. Couldn't appreciate more.

My wife and I worked with Johnathan Barnett and our insurance company to assess hailstorm damage to our home. This was our third assessment for damage over the past couple of years and Johnathan was extremely helpful in walking us through the process and working with the adjuster to getting a new roof approved. Additional APC Roofing Services employees came to the house with shingle samples and the crew that performed the work were extremely efficient and polite. The day after they were done you couldn't even tell they had been there. Our yard was spotless! Would use these guys again!! Beautiful roof!

I had wonderful experiences with APC Roofing Services. When Tom knocked my door to discuss my 21 year-old roof, I first thought he was just another marketing guy trying to get business. After briefing talking, my instinct told me that I could trust Tom. Tom explained the entire process in details, especially the insurance claim process, and I successfully got the claim approved. During the re-roofing, Tom, along with the roofing team, did great job in term of selecting the materials, actual roofing and cleaning up and I am really impressed the job they have done. During the process, the roofers found additional repairs required, Tom and team directly discussed with the Claim Adjuster and received additional funding without paying extra from me. We recently had a heavy hail storm that hit most of the neighborhood and many roofs here damaged and needed to be replaced, putting me with the decision as to what roofing company to chose. I have several homes in the DC metro area and using APC has been great. They show up on time, do outstanding work and stand behind all the work they do. The quality of work is what is impressive. The roofers are like craftsmen and understand working on slate, metal roofs and historic properties Erick and Jon are always responsive and are on top of their craft. Outstanding! Staff was very professional, respectful and friendly. Andy clearly knows his business and gave me clear options before I committed to APC. He gave costs up front, and even offered optional services without once coming across as forceful or demanding.

We first used APC to change the outside appearance of our house. We decided to whitewash the red brick exterior of the house (APC was one of the only local companies I could find that would do this), build shutters and window boxes, and switch out the plastic railings for hand made chippendale railings. Andy met with us (then, and in the future, meeting around our work schedules) and explained the process and estimate. Francisco and his crew did a fantastic job. The first day was simply power washing, but Francisco also took the time to explain to me what the various steps would be in the process. We also collaborated to find the right amount of paint coverage, exchanging pictures by text so my presence wasn't always needed at the house. The carpentry work was very well done, and when there was a small hiccup in the amount of reinforcement needed for one of the window boxes, APC came out and fixed the problem. We were so pleased with the work and the professionalism of the crew.

When we needed to gut our finished basement, we mentioned the issue to Andy. He immediately gave us ideas / tips for the remodel. As I mulled whether to reach out to other companies, I decided to ask Andy for APC's estimate and thoughts on the remodel. He came over that night, reviewed the necessary work and his ideas, and wrote up an estimate that we thought was extremely fair. APC got started on the roughly month-long job the following week. Now two weeks removed from it being finished, we are once again so happy we decided to use APC. Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job and were very professional. They worked tirelessly to demo, clean, and then put our basement back together. And along the way, when we decided to make a few impromptu design changes, they were able to alter the work plan and help us identify the right design and finishing touches. We are so happy that we decided to work with APC on the basement, and I'm certain we will work with the company again on future projects.

Andy and team at APC are stellar! I hired APC to paint my entire home. I am a first time home buyer and am very particular while also needing to be careful with my budget. APC did great work at a fair price. Andy was a pleasure to work with from day one. He was responsive and informative and even made sure to be available late into the evening to consult with me on paint choices. He also got the work done on a very tight timeline when it was not at all convenient to his schedule. Regardless, he made every accommodation to work around mine.

When the work was done and I had paid in full, I noticed one or two touchups and reached out to Andy. He responded within five minutes telling me he'd get someone to the property to address those minor things. Even though APC was paid and ready to move on to the next job, they still were willing to make sure I was the happiest possible customer.
