We had a terrific experience purchasing our new Pathfinder. Our salesman, Brandon, was very patient and knowledgeable and we never felt pressured. We also appreciated the complete transparency about pricing and the fair value they gave us for our trade. No tacking on of unwanted fees like extended warranties, service plans, etc. without our knowledge. Financing was quick and efficient, and they took the time to show us all the features of the vehicle. Buying a vehicle is often a long, unpleasant experience, but Brandon and the staff at Lewis made it much more enjoyable.

I recently purchased the 2024 Pathfinder Rock Creek edition, and this was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. I knew exactly what I wanted and expressed my desire to not spend all day at the dealership. Joe White and the team at Lewis Nissan worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. They were incredibly friendly and even took calls on their days off. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

UPDATE: A certified mechanic has proof of your negligence with a new second opinion as well, your service department manager is NOT a mechanic, was rude, unknowledgeable regarding motors and mechanical services on autos. We filed with the BBB and have hired an attorney! PLEASE BEWARE… this is not the first time this service department has destroyed a motor! NO STARS! I won't speak to their sales department, but their service department is the worst I have seen! We have had our Infiniti there twice. We brought it there just to be serviced the first time! I am not a mechanic, but after taking it back just days after we had it serviced, we were in even worse shape! We were able to get it to a certified mechanic who scoped the motor! The damage is unrepairable! When we called and talked to the service manager, she stated her mechanics don't make mistakes. Then stated it wasn't her job to call our mechanic to see what the problem was. So our mechanic reached out three times today. Each time, she had an excuse as to why she couldn't talk. Our 2021 Infiniti now needs a new motor which also means that on our car fax, it will show that a new motor was put in, drastically reducing the value of our car! DON"T GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED AT LEWIS NISSAN! ALSO, A SERVICE MANAGER SHOULD BE A MECHANIC! I'm not a mechanic, but I am going to introduce Lewis Nissan to what I do for a living! I'm a marketing consultant! This rant will go on until Lewis Nissan makes this right!

Best place to purchase a vehicle! From the salesman (Jerry), to the finance lady and even the young man that showed me the ins and outs to my brand new Pathfinder, were top notch. I'll never look anywhere else when it comes to buying a Nissan!

I had a good experience at Lewis Nissan. The sale was easy and simple. However, as I start looking at the prices after the sale I feel like I paid on the high side for my Armada. The sells rep was super friendly and the business office was efficient and pleasant to deal with as well. Overall good experience.

After talking to Mr. Hopkins on Monday we set up an appointment to have my seat repaired and I have to say I am completely satisfied with the fix and experience. I purchased a Frontier last September. It was a great experience dealing with Brandon and the entire staff.

I went in last week to ask a question and just happened to see the '24 Pathfinder Rock Creek edition and was hooked. Even though I knew I would have negative equity on the vehicle, Brandon again came through helping me get the best deal possible.

We had several bad experiences over a couple of days with other local dealerships. They were pushy, rude and wanting a ssn as soon as we asked a bottom dollar price. Not Joe!
