Lemas quoted an elderly relative of mine $10,117.50 for a new roof (signed contract). The next day he began the work and demanded $7K more (*without an updated contract*) and threatened to leave the roof off if not paid (contract said my relative had until July to pay). He left the job unfinished (chimney undone), promised to return the next day, never did and is ignoring my relative’s calls. I requested an explanation through the website in writing for the additional charges and have been ignored as well. I find this to be highly unprofessional and without an explanation it looks like he extorted money from an older person. *Be careful when dealing with this roofer- especially if you are elderly.*

*** update *** the job was completed but we still do not have a reason for the extra charge. Not cool to ask for more money without an updated contract.

Upon meeting David for a FREE consultation of my roof and my concerns he was amazing. He took the time to go into my attic and evaluate damage & matters of concern before assessing the roof itself. He was the only contractor that took the time to assess my attic, he provided photos, he explained his concerns and helped to figure out my concerns and then provided multiple options for repair based on my budget. Upon completing a new roof installation everything looks great, his team was effective, efficient and quick. When I had additional questions after installation, he patiently responded to everything and followed up to ensure everything was ok and I was satisfied. OH, and he also works with your timing and budget being upfront about everything. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT GUY, GREAT COMPANY!

They just replaced my mother’s in law roof today and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company to someone looking for a contractor for their siding and roofing project. She mentioned not only was the pricing fair but they completed the job and the workers cleaned up everything once done.

I recently had to change my roof. I have contacted 3 different companies and decided on Lema's. David was very easy to talk to, responds right away, and works with you. He definitely delivered with his services. They finished the project just in time for a heavy rain and cleaned up well after. They even cleaned up the mess they have left when they fixed my neighbor's roof as well! 5/5 would recommend.

David and his crew rocked!!!! They were professional, ON TIME, fairly priced and quick. They replaced all my soffits, gutters and fascia boards after a family of carpenter bees made that area their home and would return every Summer. When he came across an issue he consulted with me my options and handled any concerns. While he was hear I asked him to complete another task (for a small fee, of course) and he took care of that for us also. It was completed yesterday (1 Day). He's in the process of preparing a quote for my siding and frontporch awning. I will be utilyzing his services from now on. It's truly refreshing to see a young hard working man who takes their craft serious.

The crew did a great job repairing the old roof of my house. There were

David and his crew completed a full replacement of all soffits, gutters and fascia board. He was fairly priced, always punctual and very easy to work with. When running to into unforeseen issues with rotted wood he was honest and transparent about replacement costs. Great to work with and will be hiring again for windows and siding.
