Above and beyond! I am an extremely satisfied customer! Christian and his small crew are extremely hardworking, efficient, and kind. They came when they said they would, and worked all day, every day, until the job was done. They even finished the job ahead of schedule, because of their dedication. There was clear communication, no wondering, hassling, or getting strung along. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves each day. They gave me a clear, reasonable, and competitive quote before the start of the job, and stuck to it, no hidden add-on fees partially through the job. In addition to being extremely professional and hardworking, they also took the time to be extra kind and patient with my small and curious children, who thought the world of them. Never thought I'd say we'd be sad to see the roofers go at the end of their job, but we were! They were exactly all the things you'd hope for (and then some), but all the things that seem to be incredibly hard to find these days. 15/10, and 7 stars! Excellent roofer, excellent human!

I used Legacy Roofing in Moses Lake WA to have my roof replaced this past fall. My insurance was going to cancel my policy due to a failing roof. I called the number and the owner answered right away. I needed my roof replaced ASAP. He was available within days and started the job, all in all it took Christian less than 48hrs to give me a detailed estimate and repairs started immediately. I am now using legacy roofing for my other home in Moses Lake for new repairs. Best in town, hands down.

Christian was AMAZING to work with! I’ve had a roof leak for YEARS! I expressed all my concerns and Christian listened. I was worried about the structure inside (mold etc). Not only was he able to assess the damages places and repair those, he did it in the most cost effective way! He would send me pictures and tell me what he saw. He gave me a completion date and delivered! I don’t mind paying for a job professionally done! It’s been a year and NO leaks!!! If you want someone to listen and do the job well….call Christian!

The service Legacy Roofing provided was amazing. We had roof damage after a heavy wind and reached out to them. My dad primarily speaks Spanish and they did a great job communicating with him thus helping him feel confident in knowing exactly what work would be done and at what price. I needed to submit paperwork to insurance and everything I asked for they emailed to me in a prompt and legible manner. Even after work was completed we had some follow up questions and they didn't hesitate to come back out and provide more help. Not only will we turn to them for future roofing repairs but we will highly recommend them to friends and family.
