All the paperwork and permits were done in a timely manner and any question I had answered. I want that add that my home suffered damages during the 2024 May 10th tornados that impacted Tallahassee and was a difficult time. All the team of Legacy Roofing was compassionate and understanding, from the owner to the workers to the people in the office. In addition to their roofing expertise, the owners have extensive insurance adjusting experience and know all the corners insurance companies try cutting to underpay on claims.

Our insurance company was trying to drop coverage due to the age of the roof and recommended the roof be replaced. Legacy identified one minor repair that could be made to help successfully maintain our insurance policy without being dropped. The quick, more profitable solution for them would have been to re-roof the home, but Legacy cared more about helping us from being taken advantage of by the insurance company. We saved thousands of dollars because of their expertise and advice!
