Picture one shows the excess use of caulking to fill in a quarter inch gap on a threshold
Picture Two of some cabinets that they’ve tried four different times and couldn’t get it just showing how uneven the cut is
Picture three Putting trim over trim and not even making it look good. I asked him multiple times to fix this. They never could.
Picture four is of the medicine cabinet where they ran out of Screws that came with the medicine cabinet and just put in sheet rock screws

The seventh picture is just showing that they didn’t even put a shelf behind the kitchen sink. That’s just now a piece of sheet rock getting exposed to water for the rest of its life and if you can see in that picture the quarter inch chalking between the backsplash and the piece of sheet rock.
the quality between the Spec house and the house you receive is drastically different. Poor quality, poor craftsmanship, no pride.
Never once received phone calls follow ups absolutely nothing and this is our third house I’ve bought and I’ve always had follow ups, three months, six months, nine months one year, making sure everything is still acceptable not at legacy home
We have been in our home for over 4 months now. No one from corporate will call us back. Our work orders are taking over 3 months to be addressed and when someone comes, they have an attitude and don’t do a proper fix. They didn’t properly grade the yard and since we are on time constraints to get the backyard done and we have pavers put in to extend our patio the construction superintendent said they will not correct this problem on the side of the house that wasn’t touched.
BUYER BEWARE
The quality, per their warranty, should match that of the spec/model home and ours is far from. The carpet pulls up from the tile because they do not put down thresholds, the baseboards are destroyed from carpet layers, the list goes on. Their attitude is, it’s good enough when you know damn well they wouldn’t stand for this in their homes!!
They also blocked me from their Facebook too which means they have no intention on fixing anything. I guess BBB is next.
Edit: they have their employees leaving 5 star reviews. BEWARE
