Dana and Larry with Lee Lyn Construction did an incredible job bringing our dream deck and porch to life. From the start, they were fantastic listeners—taking the time to understand our vision. Their ability to turn our ideas into reality was truly impressive! Beyond their craftsmanship, they are personable, professional, and an absolute joy to work with. We cannot say enough great things about Lee Lyn Construction. Our project turned out great and it finished on time and on budget.

Lee Lyn Construction (Dana) is a great communicator, which made the project stress free for us. We sat down to discuss a budget and timeline and once we agreed, Dana sent over a schedule of the project and when each subcontractors would be arriving. She followed up daily to let us know what time the subcontractors would be arriving and then they showed up ON TIME. If something was delayed, Lee Lyn would work with us about accelerating another part of the project to make sure the final timeline stayed the same.

The subcontractors showed up on time, and cleaned up after themselves each evening. As with any construction project, we were living with dust, but their efforts to clean up after themselves each evening was so appreciated by us.

Lee Lyn's professionalism, and great communication skills made living through a construction zone for 6 weeks workable. We recommend them to everyone and will use them on ALL future construction projects.
