My roof was completed by Advanced Level Homes and I have nothing but good to say about them.
The roof inspector Sajad found hail damage on my roof and the company helped me get my roof fixed through insurance and handled the whole process from start to finish. They kept me updated the whole way and were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company. Very happy with the work!

Had a great experience getting my roof repaired after hail damage. The whole team from Dominic (the estimator), Rafael (the project manager), Christine, the owner Will, and others were awesome to work with. I had hail damage that needed to be fixed and was working with Advanced Level Homes for that. They made the process so easy. They took over all communication with the insurance company, even when they were stringing me (them) along and unwilling to pay, they kept up the fight with professionalism. Insurance companies try to fight so that you will tire of the fight and give up, but Advanced Level Homes never did. They kept me informed how everything was going at each step. When it was finally approved, the team that came out did their job quickly and well, and cleaned up thoroughly every day so there was no debris to run over on the lawn or the driveway. The new roof looks beautiful.

I just had my roof Completed by Advanced Level Homes.

The company did an assessment a couple months ago, and found hail damage on my roof. They submitted the claim and had their own public adjuster send all the information with proof to my insurance company and get it all approved.

I was able to get a better roof (better shingles, flashing, vents and underlay then I had) for the cost of my deductible. I had the old style shingles since my builder didn’t opt for quality.

Anyways, the final date to be able to file a claim (based on the hail storm date) was July 20 of this year, so everyone hussled to get it done.

I know I saved almost 20g , so figure this good of a deal had to be shared, plus I thought the end result was great quality.
I was skeptical at first till I checked out their BBB rating and online reviews. Then I seen the hail damage evidence and proceeded.

After severe hail damage to our home, we were overwhelmed—especially by the idea of dealing with insurance. But Advanced Level Homes made the entire process absolutely stress-free. They took over the communication with our insurance provider and handled every step with professionalism and care. We didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about a thing.

They also went above and beyond helping us choose shingles that perfectly matched the look of our home. The new roof has completely transformed the exterior—it looks better than it ever did before!

As soon as the weather cleared up, their crew got to work right away and had our entire roof completed within just a few days. The team was incredible—they were mindful of our property and even our neighbours’, moving anything that could get damaged and keeping everything tidy throughout the job. They picked up every scrap and made sure nothing was left behind.

We really appreciated the constant communication—team members kept us updated throughout the day, so we always knew what was happening. On the admin side, Rick and Christina were fantastic—quick to respond, super helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process.

Even after the work was done, ALH checked in with us a few times to make sure we were still happy with the results. I went into this experience feeling skeptical, but I was blown away by the professionalism, care, and dedication this company showed from start to finish.

Excellent service from this company. There were certainly a few hiccups in the installation process, however every time I reached out to my contacts any issues were swiftly dealt with. In one case there was an issue with roof debris scratching my AC unit, they replaced the damaged part at no charge quickly and with no arguments. Highly recommended.

When two young men knocked on our door last fall and asked if they could inspect our roof for hail damage from the July 2023 hailstorm I have to admit we were on our guard for a possible scam. We weren’t surprised when they reported sufficient damage to warrant an insurance claim. We were surprised when they further said they would look after the entire claim process. We made it very clear that we would not be paying any money up front. No, they insisted, the cost would be covered by insurance. After checking the company with the BBB and with online reviews, we agreed to proceed. Our insurance company sent their own roofer to inspect the roof. After a very cursory examination he reported no damage and our claim was denied. Well, we thought, that’s that. Not so, responded Advanced Level Homes. We use an independent adjuster from Indemnity Canada and we will appeal the decision. They did and they won. As we write this, Advanced Level Homes has just finished installing our roof, completely covered by insurance. The work was well organized and very professional and they went out of their way to keep us informed of what was happening every step of the way. The cleanup was amazing.
