Excellent place to get unloaded the people are friendly and it was fast and easy to get into the dock

so i dont normally do this because i feel like its unfair to businesses but iv been a glass shop for years and i have never in my life dealt with such a ridiculous company to handle claims. We did a windshield for a customer almost 6 months ago iv been told payment was issued more than once and most recent was 3 weeks ago ( we are in Michigan as i could have walked to this office in less time).Now im told " maybe the check was lost in the mail" so anyone who is anyone knows thats a game to buy time so now i will have to wait for someone to verify check hasnt been cashed and then wait for another to issues and then wait again for it to be mailed, which is all just a game because it takes me all of 5 min to cancel/verify if a check was or was not cashed. So if you call for customer service there is one person that handles all the calls as iv called 50+ times and its always the same person, she will send a email to (upstairs) and tell you someone will reach out to you.... that does not happen so im not sure what goes on upstairs i was told every 2 days there are meetings to go over this and that but honestly dont think anyone does anything. I offered to come to the office to go upstairs and pick up a check and that was taken as a threat. most of the reviews here are drivers or employees but just a beware for any glass shops that are going to have claim handled this route....
