What a great experience dealing with Great NW Gutters. It was easy to get someone out to get a quote. They were thorough and professional and gave me lots of choices for my new gutters. Came back with a very reasonable quote and schedule the wok quickly. Cecilio and Juan were a little delayed finishing up a previous job but were communicative and apologetic when they did show up. They got right to work and were quick and efficient. They cleaned up beautifully afterwards and hauled away the old gutters. I heard them chatting while they were working and they obviously enjoyed each other and worked great together. The gutters are better than I expected. SOOO happy with the results. They followed up afterwards for any issues. Excellent company. HIGHLY recommend them!!

Have now had two repair/replacements of gutter sections by Great NW over the span of nearly a decade - services have not changed in that time! Very quick to respond, personable and timely. I was experiencing my own personal waterfall over my office window anytime we got heavier rains, and Michael from Great Northwest Gutters provided a great solution. They initially came to clean out the clogged downspout but then learned the issue would be helped by a larger downspout in that problematic area. Today was the first day since the work was done we had heavier rains and no more waterfall over the sides of the gutter. Michael solved it and now all the water safely runs into the lawn. Thank you Austin for working with me on finding a solution within my budget and Michael for the great work.

These guys are amazing. With the storm this morning, we had a gutter section down hanging over our driveway. Luckily it did not fall in the cars. Keith came out within about 30 minutes and had it tacked back up and new bolts in. Amazing guys and super cool to work with. Highly recommend

We chose Great Northwest Gutters to replace our 26 year old gutters on our two story 2800 sq ft home primarily because they had strong references both online but also from one of our neighbors. The price was also very competitive. Isidro and Christian were the two employees that worked on our home. They were both very professional, kind and efficient and did very nice work. They arrived at 7:30 am and had completed the work by 1:30. Thank you for the professional work.

We had a full gutter replacement on our 3 story house. Our crew were Gabriel and Melvin they did a fantastic job. We highly recommend this company and their team. The price was very competitive and they did all the extras!! I had dropped a 3 inch plant off my back patio a couple weeks ago and due to a very steep hill I had not retrieved yet. When they were working on the back of the house the guy brought up the plant on the ladder and placed it on my patio. These are the kind of people you want to work on your house.

From start to finish working with Great Northwest Gutters to replace a few sections of gutter on our home couldn’t have been easier. The estimate process, installation, and a follow up question I had were all very prompt and friendly; Austin, Oliver and José were awesome.

I recently reached out to Great NW Gutters as someone recommended them on Next Door. I had a problem with one downspout. Matt was able to come out quickly. Because of ice on the roof (steep 2-story house), he put in a temporary fix that is working great. And he was able to stay safe. Austin Wilson reached out to verify all was good, and said we could let them know if we still needed the full work done or if the "temporary" fix worked for us. There was no hard sales to get my gutters replaced! They just focused on the issue I had and got it fixed quickly! I would highly recommend!!

Cecillo and Juan did a super job with the installation of our gutters in very poor conditions. I don’t like getting on my two-story roof in great conditions and here they were in driving rain and wind gusts without any breaks or complaints about the weather. It took them 3-1/2 hours from start to cleanup. I could find no faults with the quality of their work and how they left the property when they finished.

The finished price was what I hoped it would be and my wife and I can finally quit thinking about climbing ladders (I’m 72) to clean out clogged downspouts and watch as water gathered around our foundation.

This is something I should have done years ago. But I’ve done it now and am so glad I found Great Northwest Gutters to do the job for us. I highly recommend them and their workers, Cecillo and Juan.

Our decking contractor subbed the gutter install out to Great Northwest Gutters. Cecilio and Juan arrived first thing in the morning on the scheduled day and had the gutter and downspout installed in a couple of hours. They needed to match the existing gutters on our home (installed 4 years ago by a different company) and absolutely nailed it. They did a superb job. We had Mike from Greatnwgutters add a downspout from a top gutter to a lower gutter. He was great. Good personality and did quality work. Explained everything to my wife and I. Very good experience and happy with his work.

We had an awesome experiences with Great Northwest Gutters! We were replacing the very old and very rusted gutters on the house we just purchased and needed them replaced quickly before the rainy season started. After reaching out to Great Northwest Gutters, they sent out someone within 48 hours to get us a bid for the work. I was given a color chart to help us pick the colors we wanted.

Tear down was a breeze, they had those gutters off in less than an hour and the workers were always very nice and friendly.

After the new gutters went up, we realized that the house really needed a couple extra downspouts, and in particular I loved working with Mike who came by to install and he was awesome, chatting with me and showing me how he was going to redirect the water and suggesting we add a few screens to the downspouts going into underground pipes that might clog. They generously installed those add ons for free too, really making us feel taken care of.

I feel so relieved having the new gutters on, and knowing if we have any issues in the future we will be taken care of from the very responsive team at Great Northwestern Gutters.

I normally don’t do reviews and recommendations, but Great Northwest Gutters is a 10 star rating. Call them ! From the onsite bid to the installation the people were outstanding to work with. Professional with a caring desire to satisfy customer needs and timeline. I am a senior citizen and would call it good old fashion service with a handshake. Hard to find the same qualities in other service companies. Oh by the way, they saved me over a $1000 dollars.

I want to thank the owner of this business. We had gutters installed quite a while ago, and were way past warranty. I'm not even sure this is the same owner that installed them. Screens they no longer carry for good reason were causing problems, and the gutter wasn't draining properly because of some installation issues that I hadn't noticed until it became a problem. They came out and fixed all of it for us, despite this being so long ago. This is a company that stands behind its product and work. Thank you so much.

Christian and Daniel (crew #13) arrived as scheduled and right away you could tell they took their job seriously as they set up on the street and consulted with us. They were professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. They took great care not to disturb or damage any of the wife’s landscaping. I was referred to GNG due to my gutters being older and they being more specialized than the usual Home Depots or Lowe's offerings. I was super impressed by their willingness to help me even though I was not quite ready to get new gutters, but repair my existing. No questions asked, they were as supportive as if I were buying new! Super nice people, and HELPFUL! I am surely going to use these folks when I am ready to replace my gutters!!

I called Great NW Gutters to create a new downspout, patch up some rusting spots, help with gutter grading and flow. What I learned from Austin is that I should have replaced my old gutters when I replaced the roof 3 years ago. Oh. The bigger job will be a much better solution for the long term (20 year materials warranty). With the company's gutter guards installed, I am looking forward to NOT having to climb on a ladder or roof to clean them out.

We had Great Northwest Gutters apply rain gutters and downspouts after we had our house re-roofed, so it was natural for us to go back to them after a neighbor's tree fell and damaged a section of gutter. They were quick to respond, the installer arrived when they said he would, and the repairs are as good as the original. Highly recommended.
