We had a leaking roof in our home, and ended up getting the roof replaced and fixing damaged gutter downspouts. As first time home buyers we did not know what to expect or what materials cost these days. When Luis showed up to give us an estimate, he clearly explained the root issue, thoroughly answered all our questions, and was honest by not offering us a quick fix that would cost us more in the long run. He gave us a great price for the level of work he did himself, as well as his three person team. They were able to schedule us quickly and replaced the roof in a single day. They were thoughtful in containing and removing the debris (my whole front lawn stayed clean and nail free). Lastly, he’s punctual and accommodating given that we have a one year old. Highly recommend!

We repaired and replaced our roof, and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Luis and his team worked with remarkable speed and efficiency, completing the project in a timely manner.

Furthermore, we were pleasantly surprised by Luis's exceptional commitment to customer service. A week after the roof replacement, we encountered an unexpected requirement for our plumber to install a ventilation pipe through the roof. Without hesitation, Luis personally came out to offer his assistance and ensure that the installation was successful.

We contacted LC General construction for a leak in our roof. Louis responded to my email within 10 min. He came within a day to inspect the roof and was quick to tell us what the problem was. He inspected the roof, took pictures to show us where the problem was and what needed to be done (without trying to sell us unnecessary work). We could tell he was knowledgeable and we appreciated his honesty. Louis and his team did a great job repairing the roof (which was leaking from the chimney). They were prompt, efficient, pleasant, and did a great job cleaning up after. We would definitely recommend them!

Luis( LC General Construction) did rubber roofing work on my property.
As part of the work, he removed all the existing old rubber, insulation debris & cleaned it prior to installing new insulation & rubber roof.
He was able to get the right no of people for the job whenever needed.
He & his team stayed late in the evening on the day of rubber installation to make sure everything was done right , sealed & covered.

If there is something that needs to get better or adjusting, he will do it correctly without making excuses.
Luis is easy to reach & always responds to text or Phone call & makes clear + truthful commitments.
Overall the job was done right & to my satisfaction. Thank you Luis!!
