Wilson and the Master Roof team were amazing! We needed a roof replacement as there were numerous leaks, and it only took the team 2 days. The whole process was explained thoroughly and you can tell they used high quality materials. The roof is so beautiful. I would highly recommend them!

They did outstanding work! Replaced all my roof with sheets of plywood 3 feet by 6feet 3/4" the rear side was all warped, had to replace the front and rear of the roof repping off the old, warped roof On the other side of the house, wood planks some wood had a 1/2" space between them, this is what they used in 1956, I have a brand-New Roof with a warranty thanks to MASTER ROOF IN 2 main street Milford mass 07175

Master Roof redid my whole roof and a portion of the siding on my house. I got quotes from 5 other roofing contractors. Wilson from Master Roof was EXTREMELY thorough in explaining the scope of the work and also quoted me among the lower prices. As they completed the job, Master Roof navigated a few unforeseen hurdles and communicated very well along the way. We are very pleased with our recent roof replacement. Right from the start, Wilson laid out in detail the scope of the work, helping us decide on the correct products for our recently purchased home. The materials all arrived on schedule, the dumpster arrived in time for the work and the crew was fantastic. They arrived before 7 am and worked until dusk. Crew did an excellent job on a one day roof installation. There was some unknown damage which they repaired properly. The site was left absolutely spotless at finish. The crew was safety conscious and very hard working.

I recently got my roof and gutters redone by Master Roof. Before we chose them I got 4 other quotes from contractors who ranged from local small outfits to larger companies with radio ad presence. One of the reasons I choose Master Roof was because I was impressed with Wilson who came to my house, got on a ladder and on top of my roof, went into my attic, and compiled a comprehensive report for me. Masterroof is what we want when we hire work out. Responsible and arrives on time. They took many photos to show me the details for the roof repair required. Arrived for work, cleanup so well done I didn’t even see a trace nail! Only side is that they upcharge on credit card use.

Master Roof had the materials and a dumpster delivered a day or two prior to starting on my roof. On the appointed day they arrived early and immediately got to work. They worked efficiently, being careful not to cause damage to my home or property. They used high quality material, which carries a warranty from GAF. They finished the roof the same day, did a very thorough job of clean-up and were on thier way. The Master Roof crew is a skilled, hard-working group. I would use Master Roof again without hesitation.

I absolutely recommend Paul from Master Roof. He was very quick in responding and was able to come out quickly to my home to diagnose and remedy the cause of my leaky roof. He was very professional and I’m so glad that we used him for help.

I had contacted Wilson and Master Roof for a flat rubber roof that I had but was interested in perhaps changing it to a pitched rood. Wilson helped bring in the contractors to do that and really provided good suggestions and called out some areas to be careful on. When decided to do the pitched roof, and had decided on shingles, the Master Roof team came in when ready, was very focused and fast and did a fantastic job. I also had them replace the lead flashing around my fireplace chimneys and install two roof exhaust vents for our bathrooms. Wilson was a joy to work with, pricing was very reasonable (I did get other estimates) and the work was top notch.

Paul was quick to respond and provided a competitive quote. They were able to repair my vent pipe without me having to remove any of my solar panels. After the repair was done I noticed a nail hole that had not been covered back up. Paul personally came out to make sure that small job was handled. Great customer service and competitive prices.

I’ve had other projects where the GC will disappear when the work starts but he’s available all the way through for questions and final walkthrough. He caught a small detail at the end and without being asked had his crew come back and make it right. Top level of service all at a reasonable cost. A couple years ago our roof started leaking in our bedroom as we slept. After calling several roofers and handy men the next day no one was interested in such a small job. Except for Master Roof!!! They came right out and fixed the leak!

When it was time to replace the whole roof we called a couple roofers but once again it was Master Roof. We already knew how professional they are and they did not disappoint. On the day they replaced the roof they were here early and worked in teams. They quickly removed the old shingles. The house is over 100 years old so a little extra work was needed. In order to guarantee the roof, plywood was installed to compensate for the lovely old boards less than tight fit. A moisture barrier and the GAF Shingles came next.

The finish work that was done was amazing. Being so old and a leak in the garage a lot of extra work was required but boy was it worth it!!! Our Garage is like a new building! The dramatic change in the look of the house took us from being the worst house on the street to a beautiful, amazing and incredible home!!!

Would highly recommend Master Roof. Each person I interacted with was easy to deal with. Polite, professional and courteous. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Master Roof provided master craft quality with my full roof replacement. My house is 3500 sq. ft. They sent over a sizable crew and didn't rush to complete the job (took 1.5 days) which I appreciated. Most want to get in and out within the same day, which can only mean nothing good comes from that (compromised quality issues), but that's not the case with Master Roof. They prioritized getting it right over moving onto the next job ASAP. Actually went up there to inspect the job a few days afterwards. Flashing around the chimney looked great. Installed both skylights successfully (get the solar blinds -- nifty auto-open and eligible for a tax rebate). If I had to nit-pick, there was one cracked shingle (probably from flexing it to make it workable). But, that doesn't detract from how satisfied I am with the results. Clean-up was nearly perfect too (keep in mind debris falls out of the dumpster when hauled away by the trucking company, so check your driveway --- it's not the roofer's fault).

It's a father (Wilson) and son ownership team. The father handles point on most matters while the son manages the on-site work. To me, I feel there's a much more responsive and intimate aspect to working with a smaller roofing company. I interviewed four other roofers with three of them being big name establishments. There's a fallacy of bigger is better. Not true. It's not about going with the cheapest, nor the most expensive (will say though that I received a couple of embarrassingly high estimates from the bigger shops --- in fact, caught one of them playing shenanigans when talking about the breakdown -- such as tripling the cost of plywood!).

Do yourself a favor and be sure to include Master Roof when considering your options. Their honesty and no pressure way of doing things was very refreshing in an industry more interested in getting your money versus solving your issues/needs. It's about finding the best value and that's exactly what I got with Master Roof! Thank you!!

I called Master Roof after a tree demolished part of our roof. Paul came to assess the damage and quickly figured out what needed to be done, including some custom woodworking on our antique (170 yo) house and replacement/matching of shingles that are no longer manufactured. The large and very professional crew managed to finish the whole job in a single day. Everything now looks like before the tree fell. All back to normal.

I had Wilson come out & give me a price to remove an old tin exhaust pipe from my roof & patch it up. They had the pipe out & roof repaired in under an hour & you can't tell where the pipe was anymore. It blended in perfectly with the existing roof.

This company is very professional and thorough with their work. We had a leak in the house during a rainstorm and asked them to check out our roof. We had an old roof that needed to be replaced and we needed to change our venting system in the attic. Because of the damage we had, he mentioned we could talk to our insurance because there are things they would be able to cover. We did this and they covered a good chunk of the work we needed done. Wilson gave us all our options and they got all the work done quickly and we have had no complaints about the work that was completed. Wilson stayed in touch with me through the whole process. We liked our whole experience, so we recommended their services to someone else. They repaired part of the roof and gutters for this other person. They were again, quick and professional. Master Roof was super responsive and immediately tarped the damaged roof and worked to get all of the house damage paid for by my insurance company.
