I recently replaced my roof with Yupa's Construction after seeing many houses in my neighborhood replacing their roofs with them. I was worried since my roof hasn't been touched for roughly 28 years, it would be expensive to replace it. But with Yupa's, they gave me a reasonable and excellent price including installing gutter guards as well. I was able to speak with the owner Jose, and Filipe, who were very detailed about the replacement and also handled the communication very well. They did the replacement in one day and left my home in a clean state. I'm very happy with the result and would recommend Yupa's to others.

About 8 years ago I asked a trusted builder I had worked with to provide the name of a good roofer. He told me that Yupa’s Construction had recently done the roof on his own house and had done a great job. So we had them do 1/2 of our high peaked house and were very pleased with the efficiency and good results of that job. Just this week, we had them back to do the other 1/2. Excellent job again and incredible work cooperation of the crew. Perfect clean up. We’ll continue to use them and refer them to friends and relatives.

Fantastic experience! Received 4 quotes from reputable companies all contracts reviewed using the same quality of materials, all work performed to code. Yupa's was nearly half the price of the most expensive bid (although with a 10 year warranty not 50 years on labor) both with 50 years on the shingles. Yupa was 50% less expensive than the nearest competitor. We met staff in their office and reviewed shingle colors in person, signed the contract and paid 60% down. The team arrived when they said, took great care of our property, performed the work in less than a day with a large crew, and cleaned up expertly. I would highly recommend Yupa's Construction. Unlike many contractors today, they were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Mother mature wreaked havoc on our 22+ year old roof this winter and we were faced with needing a new one. Yupa's came right out when we called, gave us a fair, reasonable qoute, and started the job within 2 weeks! Their team is soo friendly, they worked swiftly, left the work site spotless and did an unbelievable job! We love our new roof! It was such a pleasure to work with Yupa's! Highly recommended!!!

Stas was in constant communication throughout the process. He was up front with everything and was a man of his word. The foreman worked diligently even in the unexpected snow conditions and the roof definitely added curb appeal to the house.I highly recommend Yupa’s and I would also look to them again for any future projects.

The roofing crew was working away early by 7 am, as evidenced by the hammering; be ready for that, you will hear that all over the house ; ) They were efficient, professional, collected all the scrap shingles and nails. The rep, Stas, was communicative and reachable throughout the process and the job was done in the stated time. We lucked out. They had another crew available, so we actually had two crews working, completing the job in 5 hours.

They stripped and reroofed my house quickly while also paying attention to details. They thoroughly cleaned the jobsite at the end of the day. I am a house flipper on the south shore of MA. I purchased a new flip and needed to get a new roof installed in order to obtain insurance on the distressed property. Jose was recommended to me by my cousin who is a contractor in RI and hires out his roofing projects. Jose and his staff returned my first inquiry within 48 hours and set up a quote for the next day. After meeting with Jose I knew that he was the best person for the job. He came out to the site twice to meet with me and discuss options as well as concerns he has regarding rotted wood. He sent me a proposal within days of our meeting and his price was in line with other quoted prices in the area. What sold me was that Jose was willing to make the trip to my property on several occasions and was able to schedule my roofing for within a 4 week period. During that time he and his staff were in touch with me regarding the starting date which was scheduled at my convenience.
Install was an undertaking but Jose and his crew stripped 2 to 3 layers of roofing, replaced a large skylight and redid any flashing around chimneys and completed the roof in one day. They worked into the evening, setting up lighting as they finished up the shingling. They left the job site clean and clear of nails. As a flipper and home owner I have had many roofers work on properties. Jose and his crew were among the cleanest! They were so amazing that I am working with them on a section of metal roofing that I want installed. I recommend Jose to anyone looking for roofing replacement, repair, new construction, skylight replacement, and even metal roofing. He is now my go-to!

When we bought our house four years ago, we knew the one significant expense down the road was a new roof, and it was a project that I did a fair bit of research and review reading. A friend that works in the building industry recommended Yupa's construction. It is a recommendation I would also pass on to a friend. Yupa's communication and the project timeline was excellent. They helped us select a quality shingle and design. Installation was clean and pro, and their pricing was an excellent value. Eight months after the job, we had to move a vent pipe for another project, and they came back immediately to help with the roofing in the area. I don't typically write google reviews, but they deserve to thumbs-up.

Stas and his team came out for what I believed to be an issue related to my roof. They came out quickly and found the issue to be related to a rotten window sill instead. They took the time to seal the sill for me. Thank you!

The day I contacted Yupa’s I had someone come by my property to provide a quote. Excellent, fast service with courtesy and genuine care for my job and needs. The crew was punctual and professional. My neighbors roof took 4 days to complete with another company. Yupa’s had mine started, finished, cleaned up, and even disposed of a shed on my property for me all in one day. I was able to get a quote, contract and installation of a roof within a week or so. The professional, polite crew took care of everything from permits, dumpster, cleanup and installation. I am very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend.
