Layman Roofing & Siding

Poor quality. Poor communication. It took them
over3 months time redo them siding on my home when it was only supposed to take 2 weeks. They cut my cable in 3 places when working. Destroyed my light fixtures. I had to call them multiple times to come back out to fix the siding because it was not done properly and it still is not fixed. They pieced the edging to my windows together and are completely different sizes put together. Every time I called to speak with Don about problems he’d say “well they did the best we could”. If that’s the best work they can do then I would not even let them work on a playhouse.

Customer service was horrible. Called to schedule an appointment for a roof repair estimate because I had a roof leak. Was told by the gentleman on the phone that he really doesn't do roof repair at this time of the year but said he's come look at my roof. Took my name, number and address said he would be by either Sunday or Monday. It is now Monday at 5:34 PM and I have not seen anyone from this company or received a call from anyone. I will look elsewhere.

Don is honest and has a competitive price. Complete tear off and replacement. He uses good product and my roof looks beautiful now, straight, flat, good craftsmanship.
