Zach was polite, professional and gave a thorough inspection. Awaiting report (will submit to insurance on next steps) to finish and have a safe operational fireplace.

Scheduled a chimney inspection for an old house I'm renovating. I couldn't be present so I had my mother meet the technician.

At the conclusion of the inspection, the tech would not give any definitive answer on the state of the chimney, but tried to sell my mother expensive new fireplaces to install im the existing chimney, and said more information would be included in the formal emailed report.

I recieved an invoice simply stating the inspection had been completed but no report.

After calling Four Seasons, they said they would have the tech resend the report. I recieved the invoice again and no report.

This repeated more than once. I was sent the invoice without any report multiple times, and never recieved a report. The entire inspection was pointless.

Doug from Four Seasons Chimney did a great job today with the stove flu cleaning. On time. Good equipment. No mess. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We are repeat customers and recommend Four Seasons for your stove / fireplace maintenance and repair needs.

Yay! Our new direct vent fireplace from Four Seasons Chimney Sweeps is ready to light up our nights and warm up our hearts! Our (now obsolete) chimney was sealed up with a custom steel cap by Doug (FS’s owner) on this chilly, damp day. (Thank you, Doug, for attaching the bird deterrent, too, while you were up there, so our investment is protected. Very grateful.) Long construction road with more to go (unrelated to Four Seasons), but we will enjoy using the fireplace for a few more months while the other work continues. BIG thanks to Doug, again (the owner who still can shimmy up a tall ladder), Zac—who “knows his stuff”/did estimates/install and has been very patient with me, and Hannah in administration who is more organized than I’ll ever be. I highly recommend Four Seasons Chimney Sweeps for this type of work. Our old “Majestic” gas fireplace was over 30 years old. Those things are “appliances,” and don’t last forever. It was a rusty and UGLY! Treat yourself and update to an efficient, direct vent unit—you’ll be . I won’t miss lighting the old gas logs and wondering if my eyebrows are still intact.

Easy and professional service. The technician came early and answered every question I had. He was also able to explain my issues and resolve them in less than an hour.
