Very professional team. Protected all my shrubery and either caught all the runoff from the downspouts or neutralized the runoff where they couldn't catch it in their bags. I would recommend them to anyone needing their roof cleaned.

The crew from Pristine that pressure washed the exterior iof our house was very conscientious with our property by moving chairs and decorations near the house away from the area they were working. All of the mildew and mold on our gutters, eaves and siding was removed, and now they are nice and bright white. Pristine did a great job and would hire them again!!

We are very pleased with the house washing that your crew did on our home yesterday! The 3 gentlemen worked hard and were very careful of our home and replaced any patio/porch items back where they belong once the job was through. The cleaning itself is a great thing to watch. Pristine Peaks has the necessary equipment which is hauled in on its own trailer. The crew is in constant movement and work well as a unit. We had been concerned at the mildew we were seeing on the house, the exposed woodwork on the exterior and the dark condition of the gutters and soffits. The washing process is easy on the areas covered (our home has cedar siding, and has not been painted in at least 15 years) is VERY effective in removing mold and mildew. I walked around the house and was amazed that it looks like a BRAND NEW HOUSE! The window cleaning makes any water bead-up and roll off the surface. Our light fixtures on the exterior now look brand new and there are no cobwebs or wasp nests to be seen. We had been planning on repainting our porch and deck railings (they are off-white) this summer, but all of the mold and mildew is gone and the railings look like they were just painted! The service is not cheap, but for the money, we feel like we have a new house and that is superior!!! And indeed Pristine!

We've used Pristine Peaks three times now to clean our vinyl siding and windows, and each time they've done an outstanding job. I like that they use a low-pressure cleaning system that doesn't push a lot of water behind the siding as happens with a pressure-washer. Tammy, the owner, provides excellent customer service: friendly, clear, quick response. It's a pleasure to do business with them.

Sorry it was the hottest day of this summer. They went back over the roof several times to make sure it was clean. Also popped a vinyl siding fixture back in. Finished just in time as a thunderstorm rolled in.

The only thing to keep in mind if you're on well water is check your pressure tank. Ours had dropped to 10 psi. Resetting the breaker brought it back online.

They came to do a house, wall, and gutter cleaning. We discussed possible roof cleaning for one section with moss, and when they got on the roof, saw many signs that we needed a new roof. They shared pictures of what the concerns were, which we could see and believe as concerning. I think they helped us avert a disaster. They went ahead with the other work, and did a great job cleaning the house and brick wall. I will definitely call on them with any additional cleaning work on our house.
