Lapota Contracting exceeded all my expectations! From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the entire process was handled with professionalism and care. Matt was amazing, he took the time to explain everything in detail, kept me updated throughout, and made the entire experience smooth and worry free. The crew was punctual, respectful, and their attention to detail was second to none. John came out to inspect our roof from a severe hail storm that came through our area. He did a thorough inspection and we were one of the lucky ones out of our neighbors to not have significant damage to our roof. I appreciated the honesty in the evaluation. He was quick and mindful of my time.

The team arrived on time, was courteous, and took great care to protect my property while working. They explained the entire roofing process clearly, answered all my questions, and provided a detailed estimate that was fair and transparent. No surprises—just great service.

Stellar work and customer service. Process was easy. I was kept up to date by their automated notifications step by step. Oh and The guy that inspected my roof was really chill and funny. My insurance covered it and I honestly didn’t have to lift a finger. Also, sort of crazy was a new roof can do to the look of your house. 10/10. Thanks guys!

I knew I had hail damage and a leaking roof. I couldn’t get anyone to come look at it because it wasn’t a giant job. When I spoke with Lapota, they sent someone out immediately and assessed my roof. They gave me a very reasonable quote and worked with my insurance company.
They ask questions I hadn’t thought about. What were my HOA rules? Did I want the same roofing or an improved tile? I appreciated the attention to detail. This is the kind of service you just don’t see anymore. From what I know, they are a well established business, but new in Utah county. If I needed any more work done, I would definitely use them again.
