We have been very happy with Lange Roofing. They have put in a new roof as well as a guard for our gutters. Excellent work. Pleasant to work with from start to finish.

Very nice and knowledgeable, knew code issues and correct gutter installation (old gutters slanted forward) added wedges to new gutters, team came out and worked fast and well, cleanup was very well done, did 2 houses very quickly

I have used Lange Roofing for commercial and residential projects. Communication is always prompt and professional. The workers are also professional and do a great job with cleanup. I have to say that the office staff is also very friendly and excellent at communicating. Both Kevin and Roger take pride in providing the best customer service in the area. Oh, and I must say that their prices are very competitive and many times lower than the competition. I definitely stand behind their work and highly recommend Lange Roofing.

It's not often you get personal communication from the owner of a company, but Lange Roofing provides that and much more. From Kevin, the roofing expert to Roger, the company owner, I had nothing but TOP NOTCH treatment. I enjoyed seeing video and photo images of my roof issues before the job and then verification of all my issues resolved. Great work and exemplary customer service!

Amazing company and staff! Had roof done a few years ago & had them come out today to check part of my roof & gutters I had questions & concerns about! Came out as soon as I called and took care of my concerns, answered all my questions and took care of the problem I was having! Absolutely recommend!!

Unfortunately I cannot write a good review. I have been disheartened by our experience since SEPT/OCT 2023. To start the sales person came to our house to collect the $9,000 deposit for the $18,000 roof. After writing the check and signing the contract/agreement, he went to his truck and then came back, knocked on our door and said the price was $21,000. He said he didn’t measure correctly. BTW I believe the pricing is done by a different source because it took a few days to receive our $18,000 price. And it was not done by the salesperson. So now that I think about it… how could he magically raise the price $3,000 without going through the measuring/estimate dept.
But … My mistake… I accepted that he made a mistake.
As time lead up to the roof replacement I made calls to verify what was going on. Permit etc. no permit was ever put on my house. They sent me a picture of the permit in an email. The 2 days of roofing that finally went on was a nightmare. The roofers did not speak English and no one seemed to be in charge.
NO communication at all. They torn up my roof structure and had to replace a 3x3 ft plus section panel of wood. They did not tell me.
No one from Lange ever checked on the workmanship being done. No permit posted and I could not get out of my house. All my doors and garage were blocked with tarps. Both days there were nails all over my driveway and yard. My gutters were dented and hand prints on my fascia. Note…The owner did come out and clean up the greasy handprints.
My roof pattern is not straight it is angled as it comes down in the front. My decorative copper fascia/soffit around the chimney was removed and just pieces of copper were put on. It appears now the copper fascia/soffit is buckling and probably water has collected in it. I don’t know why that wasn’t done correctly. Too many workers doing different sections at the same time. Some shingles are close together … some are spread out. Some of the shingles are wavy on the edge of one of my overhangs. I don’t know who this crew was. But I have an idea. They definitely were not qualified roofers.
It still makes me sick to look at my house everyday and see the sub par job. When the job was done again no one from Lange came out to inspect the work. I had to call Lange and let them know about the problems and that I wanted an inspection because I wasn’t too happy about the whole process. And never received an explanation of the $3,000 increase, even though I told the owner. . I really got nowhere.
To this day I am still picking up old rusty roofing nails on my drive way, deck and yard. Every time it rains I have a mess. I’ve had to have tires patched and nails pulled out. In fact just this weekend I found a rusty roofing nail on my drivers side floor mat. This has gotten ridiculous with the old roofing nails all over the place.
I went with Lange because of the great reviews and a friend had a great roof put on and no problems. It definitely was not my experience. I should have refused the contract price increase from the beginning. But I trusted I was getting quality products and workmanship. AN EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED.

This company exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend them for roof and gutters and fascia and soffit.

If you need a roof look no further. Great price, great work, and outstanding communication! They really go above and beyond to ensure the customer is informed and happy. The office even called to double check that the shingle color was correct before ordering because we were on the fence choosing. From the owner, to the installers, to the office personnel, everyone is really nice. They also installed new gutters for us. Everything turned out perfect, including the clean up. I've already recommended Lange to 3 people. Call them, you'll be glad you did.

We used Lange Roofing for a roof inspection when purchasing a new house. We reached out to them and outlined exactly what we were looking for and the owner is the one who got back to us and performed the inspection himself. The job wasn't going to be a lot of money and other well-known companies around the Region refused to do it but Lange Roofing came through for us. I can't recommend Lange enough.

This company is top notch from beginning to end! Our salesperson Keith was very knowledgeable and accurate with the proposal for work. Lange was recommended by a guy that I worked with and said that his family had had several roofs replaced by them. They were 15% to 20% cheaper than the other quotes we had gotten, which made me a little skeptical at first. We signed the contract and gave them a deposit check and were put on the work schedule. The start date was delayed a couple times due to rain, which is easily understandable. I will point out that they did not cash the deposit check until the day before the work began, which gave me a good feeling about this company. The workers were there at the time they told us on the beginning day of work. They moved flower pots and protected anything that might get damaged from the work with plywood and tarps. Let me tell you, "These guys worked hard and finished the job in 2 days!" I couldn't believe it! What a beautiful and detailed job they did! I promptly paid the final amount due and already have my written warranty (from the shingle company) in hand that Lange submitted for us. This company is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

We needed a new roof and asked four different roofing companies for estimates. When all was said and done, we chose Lange and we certainly are happy!! They were kind, professional, very proficient, and did all their work as promised, on schedule and for the price originally quoted. No surprises at all except that they backed up their promise of making it 100% right and what we expected. Unexpected work ethics in this day and age and we are extremely pleased!

I had a great experience with this company recently. I had multiple companies come out that took their time getting back to me or just blew me off. They showed up exactly when they said they would and I had a detailed proposal and estimate in my hands 30 minutes later with a very reasonable price. It was significantly lower than the other companies for the same exact value and quality. They were very accommodating with payment options and got started promptly. They finished the job in one day, were very careful about nails/staples due to animals and children and came back the following day to do an extra clean up. I'm very happy with the finished product and definitely got my moneys worth. Thank you guys again for getting this taken care of right away!

Very quick and easy experience. Roger handled my estimate, and was able to schedule my installation within a week. House and garage roofs were completed in two days, no debris or nails left behind. Pricing was very competitive. Quality is immaculate, would highly recommend.

OK - I rated them a pass earlier because the sales guy kind of came across as overselling. I talked to three companies, to find out what I could expect to pay, and Lange was competitive. They also spelled out in detail and had information sheets to back their claims. I am glad I decided to have them do my roof.
The owner was out the morning of the install, to introduce himself, but also to get the ball rolling. He walked the roof and then walked around the house, and covered everything that might be affected by falling shingles, and moved patio furniture several feet away from the house. I have a fairly small house and they finished in one day.
The following day, the owner was back out, and walked the roof to inspect the work that had been done. He even took pictures for me to send to my insurance company, since many companies give a discount on the premium for a new roof.
The frosting on the cake was a Thank You card with a Speedway gift card.

The entire experience was great. The initial sales contact was on-time, the written materials were helpful, and all of our questions were answered. The office manager was efficient and provided timely communication via text, phone and email. The crew arrived early and worked until dusk. They cleaned up and removed all debris. My home needed a new roof and we got multiple estimates. Lange was one of the higher quotes but was the only one that explained why the front valley on my house has had leaks from day one since I moved in. They were prompt, professional and did an amazing job! No more leaks from my roof. My yard was cleaner after their crew left than it was when they showed up!! I used Lange 25 years ago on a previous house I owned, I was very happy with their work. So when I needed a replacement on my current house I sought them out, they worked to accommodate my ever changing schedule. Their staff worked very efficiently and were very careful to keep my property clean as they went along as the job took a couple of days to complete due to the size of the job. I am totally happy with their work, if I were ever in need again I would definitely use them.

My TV Dish fell over and left a gapping hole in my roof. I called that morning and Magda answered and she was fantastic. She notified Eric so he could pick up supplies and he came out and it was fixed by noon! That type of customer service is UNPRESIDENTED!!!!! I am so thankful for them caring and being so professional!!!!!!

I got an estimate a year ago but it was late in the year, I called for another estimate but the guy never showed up, I'm assuming they're very busy since we had a bad storm last month! I like their customer service, very courteous! Hopefully I can spend my money with them because I really don't trust anyone else!

We love our new roof! Lange worked with our crazy schedule, kids, pets. They made sure to tarp off my landscaping (to protect the bushes) and cleaned up and haul way all the debris. They made sure they checked several times to be sure all nails were pickup.

Really not very satisfied would NOT recommend this company I had to call them back out here because they did not fix the wood underneath , there is a dip they still did not fix when they came back out ,. they broke a window and stepped on some of my flowers and i picked up a bunch of nails and garbage
