Shelly is super responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She’s very upfront in explaining the build process and what to expect every step. She makes a very intimidating process feel fun and exciting and much less stressful!

With the possibility job relocation to Indiana, I was looking to purchase my forever home. I came across Havyn homes within my search. I recently visited one of these locations in which a sales associate by the name of Shelly, showed me around and told me all the wonderful additions to the home that would meet my specific needs. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. Shelly definitely made this process an easy and comfortable experience.

When my wife and I decided to move back to Indiana and build a home, we met with many of the local builders and found Havyn Homes. There is a lot of competition in the area with great builders, but Mike and everyone we met with from Havyn carried a similar 'quiet' confidence in themselves and their business. They didn't feel the need to talk down about any other builders, knowing the quality of their process, their product and their team. Their operation felt very much like a family and that gave us confidence in moving forward with them to build our home.

Their process for designing your home is very transparent and up front, which we appreciated to avoid surprise costs down the road.

Working with Brad and Erin through the architectural design and selection phases was amazing. They really listen to your vision and direction and never missed a detail. They honestly remembered small comments / notes that we forgot about for weeks with their attention to detail and were incredibly quick to respond to any minor question or concern we had throughout the entire process.

Allison and the financing process was incredibly seamless and straight forward. The whole team has a way to easing all of the concerns people inevitably have through the home building process.

Edgar couldn't have been a better general contractor / project manager through the build. He works, seemingly, non-stop and catches every little thing. If something wasn't done 100% perfect, he'll have the sub-contractors right back on-site to fix it. He's fantastic at ensuring the quality of the work and that the project stays on-track.

Now that we are settled into our home, we can't speak highly enough of Mike and the Havyn team and how great it was to work with them. We would recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home!

Recently had the pleasure of stepping into a custom home built by Havyn…wow! The workmanship and attention detail is way above any model home I’ve walked into.

I recently visited the model home in Valpo, and it was really nice! The high ceilings
in the living room made the space feel big and bright. The kitchen stood out with its modern appliances and lots of counter space, perfect for cooking and hosting friends. Overall, the home felt both cozy and modern, making it a great choice for anyone looking to buy.

The design studio was impressive! There are so many selections to choose from! Erin is also great at suggesting what combinations will flow through the entire home.

These guys create beautiful, cozy homes with a modern touch. I really like the architect’s design style. I would definitely want to work with them in the future!

Erin makes sure all the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed. She’ll search for quality products to make sure your home is a reflection of your best you. Highly recommended.
