We just completed our roof repair and gutter installation. Zig (branch manager) did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it. that is rare in todays world. The entire team did an excellent job.

We have just finished a new roofing job using Landmark Roofing. David and John were excellent to work with and they stayed in touch throughout the project. The roofing crew worked unbelievably fast, efficiently, and did excellent work. They took extra steps to ensure our property was protected during the project and completed our project in one day.

In addition, some of our siding was loose over our garage after the project and they followed through per their guarantee to ensure everything was repaired and left in good shape. They coordinated the siding repair and that group did an excellent job also.

We had hail damage on roof and John Burley inspected and gave us a detailed quote. He throughly explained every detail and insured all city permits and code requirements were followed.
He worked with our insurance company and went up on roof with insurance adjuster. He followed through with job and submitting all paperwork and pictures to our insurance company. His crew was amazing. Very professional and never stopped working. John and crew supervisor kept us informed during the installation process.

A few months ago, I began to notice some leaks in my second floor ceiling. I knew i had to have it fixed, but had put off doing anything for the time being. Then, a few weeks later, i was at home on a Sunday afternoon and the doorbell rang. It was Dave from Landmark. He was in the neighborhood for another job and just wanted to introduce himself and the company. I said, "Well, as a matter of fact, I do have a leak problem". He asked if he could go up and take a look, which of course I agreed to. The problem was with a section of the roof that has a very shallow pitch, which meant that rain doesn't run off very well. Dave recommended the type of material to use and got back to me with a quote within a week. I agreed to the price and it was a "go". It then took a couple of weeks to get the necessary permits. On the day of the job,the team arrived early, and to my surprise were finished by early afternoon. When the work was complete, Dave took some photos, as that section of the roof is not visible from the ground. All i can say is that it looks really good. Just yesterday, the December 17th storm dumped a lot of rain, and there were no more leaks. I am very satisfied with Landmark and will certainly call them the next time I have any roofing issues. Five stars for sure!
