I would like to warn everybody out there thinking about hiring Mr. William Cullar , (Landmark Constuction) to do a job. Mr. Cullar is a crook I have been working with him for about two years now trying to get my basement finished/permitted he promised me Permits on my basement and he never delivered. I paid Mr. Culler $25,000 to finish my basement and all he did from day one was tell lie after lie. Mr. Cullar does not have an official contractors license in VA and he is currently wanted by the state of Virginia, (King George County). The police are currently looking for him to arrest him for numerous Criminal charges you need to know this before you give him any of your hard earned money. my basement construction project has been going on for about two years now and I’m still trying to get the basement permitted. if anyone knows Mr. Cullar’s home address please contact the King George, VA Police department…I plan on posting this on Facebook as well.
