Working with Matt and his crew at Lamp Designs on our remodel project has been a breeze!! Matt is full of amazing ideas and tons of knowledge!!!

I am so pleased with my beautiful new pool house designed by Mel Lamp. Lamp Design and Build has a wonderful staff and crew that worked so hard to make this happen. Not only is it a beautiful space but all workmanship was outstanding from framing, Sheetrock, tile work, flooring and finishing. The crew was always professional, polite and respect. The staff was helpful and responsive. It’s really a dream come true for me. The only downside was it took much longer than I thought, there were delays. However upon completion all is well and I would like to thank each and every person who was involved because they were fantastic!

Matthew and the whole team at Lamp Design are amazing! I have worked with them a few times on home renovations and they always surpass my expectations. We hired Lamp Design + Build to demo our existing garage, and build a bigger more customized garage. Everything was completed on time and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work they did for us. If you're looking for a contractor that's capable of getting your job done start to finish, look no further. Matt and his team really are the best, they were so knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way.

Lamp is a crook who doesnt like to pay his subcontractors and then when they raise a fuss about it or put a review like this he has his girlfriend/wife call and threaten you with law suits. So just a heads up to anyone thinking of using lamp maybe you should reconsider. The subcontractors can put a lean on the property if he does pay them. I'm only 1 of the subs he hasnt paid (theres many more) and the only reason I didnt put a lean on the property is because the homeowner and I became friends and I didnt want to do that to him. Anyway everyone just be aware!!!!

Loved working with Lamp Design and Build. They did an excellent job of putting my house back from a small house fire!

We are using Lamp Design Build to do a major renovation of our home and are currently over half way through the project. It is coming along very nicely. They have worked with us to get the most out of our budget, provided great recommendations in designing the project, and are very satisfied with the quality of work. From the office staff to the onsite workers, everyone has been a pleasure to work with.

We purchased our floor plans through them! Worst waste of money ever. They looked like a kindergartner drew them out. He has costed us so much money that we shouldn't have had to spend. Everyone has questioned us about our floor plans, as they are having difficult time understanding them. This place is a joke. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We first hired Lamp Properties to do a bed and bath addition at our home. We were looking for a turn key contractor that could provide both architectural and general contracting services. In other words, a single point of contact to handle all issues and to take full accountability for the project. From brain storming on how to maximize our budget and available space to quickly getting permits filed Lamp Properties repeatedly demonstrated a high degree of competency and customer service.

In fact, they did such a great job that we also hired them do several additional projects including a free-standing pool house with bath, master closet addition and some extensive drainage/culvert work. The management and crew all seemed to take great care as to not interrupt our daily activities during construction and we really appreciated that. In addition, their eye for detail and craftsmanship was so proficient that the new construction work and existing home blends seamlessly and it is very difficult to identify one from the other. As with most construction projects there will be a few issues and questions. At any time day or night, the team at Lamp Properties was available to take my calls, clarify questions and make things right.

I know we will be keeping Lamp Properties in mind for any future work and I would highly recommend for others to consider them as a possible option as well. We have hired many contractors over the decades and we can honestly say that Lamp Properties has been one of the best we have encountered and a true pleasure to do business with.

Had my back patio done! The staff was awesome! Help from design to clean up! Extremely happy with my patio!!!!

Fantastic experience - I have a one story home, and they added a 500 sf 2nd story bedroom and bathroom; they gave me a completion time of 60-90 days....and in 31 days were handing me the keys with only a few punch out items left!
