I strongly recommend Clayton and Cypress Home Inspections. Clayton was highly responsive from the start of my home inspection process. I was able to schedule the home inspection quickly via text and make payment online, which was convenient. The cost of the home inspection was very reasonable. Clayton arrived early for the home inspection appointment and met my realtor. Clayton's inspection was very thorough and covered the foundation, exterior, roof, interior, attic, and utilities. Clayton interacted with both me and my realtor during the inspection. He pointed out to us some concerns as well as positive attributes such as energy-conserving features that I was not aware the home had. Clayton was very professional, but was also very easy to talk to. Clayton took numerous digital photos and integrated the photos and narrative findings into an online report which was also downloadable as a PDF. The full PDF was over 100 pages long but there was also a condensed version available which was 19 pages long. I received the report on the same day. Because this was a new construction home, he included some outstanding painting and carpentry issues in the report at my request. After Clayton's inspection, I felt more confident about my home purchase and also had a better idea about what needed to be done with the home prior to closing. I would absolutely use Clayton again for any future inspections and I really could not be happier with my home inspection experience.

Mr.Constanza was very professional and detailed with his inspection.After the inspection he took out the time to thoroughly explain what he found.He did not speak over my head, but helped me understand certain terminology of the home’s parts and equipment along with teaching me about the lifespan on certain equipment and parts of the house which was an eye opener when buying a home. Much more than I expected!

He did a amazing job. We got there 15mins early and he was already there checking the house. He looked everything up and down inside to outside. It took him almost 3 hrs to do are house. He even checked the fins on the furnace to see if they are clean. He took tons of pics and got back with us that nite about what he saw. I would recommend him to do your home inspection without a doubt. Best guy in the area to do it.
