Even though Floyd is an excellent painter and sheetrock installer, he does one thing that's even better. Communicate! Unlike any other contractor I've ever used, I got a text every morning with expected time of arrival and he came when promised and kept me updated as the work progressed. And progress it did! The only thing slowing him down was necessary drying time. He's now on my list of Best Contractors to Work With, and I will definitely use him again just as soon as I get the chance. You won't be disappointed!

Floyd and team did an amazing job redoing our master bath. All the little Intricate details were done to perfection. And they worked tirelessly to get the job done on time. In addition, his prices were very fair. I would use him again. Very pleased with the work.

10/10 RECOMMEND! Floyd is a very talented and detailed painter. He is meticulous about his work and making sure his customer is happy. He sanded and stained our front door and it came out absolutely stunning! While in the process, there was an incident with some stain getting on the front porch stoop that he wasn’t able to get off. It’s not a mistake that happens often for him, but he made up for it and repainted our stoop and walkway with some fabulous pool decking paint that will last for years and it also looks so good!
Not only is he great at his work, but he’s also honest, does what he says he’ll do, and stays in touch throughout the entire process. I’m a local realtor and will recommend Floyd to anyone looking for his services. Don’t hesitate to call him!!

I was finally ready to get two bedrooms and the island in my kitchen painted, I needed to find a painter! We could not be happier with our experience! Floyd was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. I felt confident from beginning to end! Javier did the heavy lifting ie. the drywall repair, sanding, painting as well as the molding. Punctuality was consistent throughout the job, Javier was professional and amazing at his craft! He worked for 3 days and at the end of every day he cleaned up his work area and left everything immaculate! The end result was incredible, the paint matched perfect for both the ceiling and the molding.

Needed my sheetrock refinished after letting a "friend" do it. Called and had an estimate that day and work started the next. Very knowledgeable, fixed all the mistakes of the previous guy. Should have used him to start.

Floyd & his crew did a great job. I had them repaint a few rooms in my home, as well do some drywall repairs. They also reworked a bunch of mahogany trim, did some custom carpentry work for an AV equipment cabinet, & replaced a few exterior window sills as well. I’ll be using them for future projects.

Mr. Floyd did an excellent job painting all of the interior of my apartment and also the the front door. He is very professional and friendly and the price is very reasonable. He cleaned up everything when he was finished and the entire apartment looks brand new. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him again for any painting needs.

Very pleasant to work with. Eager to please. Excellent work. Floyd had to replace a large cutout piece of drywall in 2 bathrooms, right behind toilets. Wall looks perfect. Cannot tell that any work was done. He did a great job of matching texture. We are pleased and would call him again. I already have another project in mind. Although we did not compare pricing, as Floyd was recommended to us, his price was very reasonable for the type of work that he did.
