Joerg did a home inspection on my house.

I’ve lived in my home for 2 years and have new appliances. I use my range to cook every day and has worked just fine. The morning of the home inspection my range was working fine before I left for work. Joerg did the home inspection. I came home and my range no longer worked properly. The time wasn’t displaying even when plugged in, gas would come out but no spark. I reset the breaker multiple times, nothing. I checked the gfci near it, nothing.

I called Joerg and he would not accept any responsibility or take accountability for whatever he may have done during the inspection that made my range no longer work. He was a smarta** on the phone and hung up. Instead of correcting his mistake he wrote in the inspection report that my range doesn’t work which is casing issues with the selling process. So for 2 years the range works perfect and all of a sudden he comes to do the inspection and now it doesn’t work? Pretty clear…

Joerg got paid and the rest of us got screwed and now have to 1. Figure out what he did to the breaker and/or range and 2. Pay for it.

This guy is absolute garbage, do not use him.

Zero stars. Karma is real man. This is not cool.

Joerg is the best! He was very professional and very helpful in explaining everything to us that he was doing and what he was seeing during the home inspection. He was extremely thorough, and the report had many photos to back up everything he found that needed to be addressed or repaired.

Joerg was excellent! He performed a home inspection for us and walked us through everything he saw as he worked through the house. He even gave us approximate price estimates for the repairs that were needed so we could ballpark the overall cost. Recently, my husband and I had a local, very reputable, plumbing company come to our home for an emergency repair on our hot water heater. Long story short, we were being advised that our 2 year old water heater needed to be relocated and we couldn’t use the same water heater so we’d have to buy a brand new one.

This seemed odd to us since we recently purchased our home and had a thorough home inspection prior to the purchase. There was never any notations on our hot water heater being “out of code”

We contacted Joerg, who did our home inspection and he was immediately invested in helping us! He offered to come over and look at our situation.

Joerg confirmed that our hot water heater is up to code, and does not need to be relocated. It only needed a replacement part that cost $20 and could be installed by any novice homeowner.

He saved us thousands and we are so grateful to him!

Saying Joerg was through is an understatement. He made it a priority to check absolutely everything and as he’s doing it he’s explaining why he is and If something is wrong he makes it a point to explain in depth how to fix it. 10 out of 10 service, business, and person.
