Great overall experience with Arnett. Got our entire roof done in one day. Derrick and Tom are so awesome to work with. Down to earth, easy going type of guys. I would recommend Arnett services to anyone who wants their projects done fast and in an impressively timely matter. Thank you Arnett!

You don't deserve one star. Anybody that goes with this company be sure that your quote is right. I had one of their employees come to my house to give me a quote for a new roof and gutters. I thought It was great after getting the quote I did accept the job I gave my deposit but that's when the problems came instead of quoting me for all my gutters they took off too from my estimate which would have made their quote lower than other companies. Be careful if you trust this company I thought I could. They made the problem seem like it was my fault when all I did was call for a quote to get the work that I wanted done.

Very professional group of people to work with inside of the office as well as in the field. They provided an excellent service and performed beautiful work.

I had my roof and siding replaced by arnett, the roofing team was great did a great job cleaned up fantastic job. The siding crew is why I am leaving a 1 star review hoping to help save someone's property. The siding crew did not clean up after them, I am still picking up aluminum nails in my yard months later from previous siding being aluminum. I had to call the city inspector to make them fix my electrical boxes they removed and the supervisor said it's ok that I don't need them which is false and inspector proved he was wrong. All the electric lines coming down on the side of the house are not straight. The company has zero care about your personal property as they let the old siding fall and hit my enclosed trailer also dragging the old siding to there dumpster scratching my trailer. I told the supervisor and his first response was, the trailer wasn't there that day. I sent him photos proving that it was then it became oh it must of been another companies fault. No other company was near it, I have photos taken of trailer 1 week previous of them damaging it from my insurance company also showing the damage was not there. I've been waiting to leave a review to see if the owner would reach out and make it right but never did.

The trailer was about 4-5ft away from the house I also asked if it needed moved and the crew said no it was fine where it was they had plenty of room. The list can go on and on about the problems with the siding crew. If you need a roof they did a good job siding I would highly not recommend. As you can see 1 of the power lines coming down will not line up into the elbow like it's suppose to how bad it is.

I don't mind showing call records as no return calls have been made to fix damage done to the trailer. I also reached back out to the office to contact you after your response, still waiting.

I am just thrilled with my new siding! Everyone was so patient with me answering all of my questions and color changes early on. Braiden made a couple of trips to discuss our plans and timeline. The site manager was on site bright and early to do a walk through of the job and stopped back by several times to ensure the crew was on track and had everything they needed. The installers were very polite, respectful, and skilled professionals. Arnett Construction has exceeded all of my expectations and I could not be happier with the results.

I recently had my roof replaced with Arnet construction and the job was Excellent. Tom the salesman was great to talk to he explained everything that was gonna happen with the roof. Brandon the forman was great the crew was awesome everybody got along and work hard and the job was finished quickly from start to finish. The crew was respectful to the house and to the property and kept the yard as clean as it was when they arrived.
No drama just excellent results!

The communication level is outstanding. John Jackson did a wonderful job setting up the work to be done and within 2 weeks my new roof was done in 1 day. The workers were very kind and did a great job. They left no trace behind that they were on my property except my new roof. I look forward to the second step of new siding and gutters on my home. I’ve worked in customer service for over 30 years and it makes me so happy to see such great customer service from this local company.

A salesman came to my house to give me a quote on the work that needed done. He was very professional and courteous. After one week of waiting for my quote I decided to call the company to get a response. I requested to speak to the original salesman but he handed me off to the owner. I waited over a week with no return call from the owner. I made several more attempts to contact the owner but continued to be ignored. I called and spoke to the office manager and communicated my frustration. I told her the company was going to get a negative review about not responding to any of my calls. I expressed that I had only left one other negative review in my lifetime. Her response was, “You’d better not tell the owner that or he’ll hang up on you!” Needless to say, I won’t have to worry about being hung up on because the owner doesn’t return calls, and apparently is the only person that can give a quote on a job. After over 2 weeks of wasted time, I hired Seamless Gutters who responded and completed the work quickly. They did a fantastic job. If I could give Arnett Construction a ZERO rating, I would.

John Jackson was amazing, the roof is repaired and looks amazing, they took great care of my landscaping and were professional and respectful, explained what they did and how they not only did the roof to modern code they also went above and beyond that. Great job!

Well to start off, I hired arnett to do my garage roof. Well they order the material. Well another roofing company from out if state came and did my roof. Well the company didnt do all what my insurance paid for. Arnett did refund the money for the deck board. Well they still kept alot of the money and devon kept saying you signed a contract. I was supposed to get 2500 back aswell to fix my fence. Well they kept telling me that they never for paid for that. I contacted my insurance company and they told me it was on the check. So basicly arnett screwed me outta my fence getting fix. Devin said well i signed a contract.. you didnt even do the whole job. The building manager was rude and never called me back.. well lesson learned DO NOT HIRE ARNETT!!

My salesman was John Jackson and everything went exactly as he stated. From the initial contact to job completion was three weeks. (New roof and gutters)The results are amazing and if you are looking for someone to advise you on a roof I would DEFINITELY recommend John. Great businessman.

I cannot put into words how disgusted I feel right now about Arnett Construction. They were contracted to do a roof job, ended up costing much more than the original contract. And at the first rain, the roof leaked. They said it was the sky lights, so I asked for an estimate to replace them. I have been waiting for 8 months for an estimate! And they never contacted me in between. When I finally reached out, customer service responded with "they refused to do the windows". WHAT? What are you talking about? I have been waiting for an estimate! No one EVER contacted me EVER. Also, they NEVER finished the side job they promised on the barn. They said, its word of mouth, it doesn't count. What a lesson I learned. NEVER AGAIN. I do NOT recommend them. I spent over 10k on a roof that LEAKS!!!!

Dennis "Max" came out to give us an estimate on our roof due to hail damage. Seems to have a lot of knowledge & willing to help you anyway he can. Will give an update.
Decided to go with a different company.

We were concerned that we had a leak in our roof. I called Arnett Construction and Braiden came out to check it out and said that we had hail damage from a previous storm. I contacted our insurance company and the adjuster communicated with Arnett and was out in a timely manner. The work was approved and within a week the roof was done in one day. I highly recommend them for roof replacement.

John Jackson and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof. We live out of state now and had to have roof done before closing on the sale of our home in Kingsford Heights. John and his crew had the job completed in just 4 hours! He also went the extra mile and got us connected to electrician and concrete work that needed to be done as well. Awesome guy to work with.

Very courteous, professional workers,management and staff. Replaced roof, new fascia,gutters and downspouts and vinyl siding!! Everything looks beautiful..I am soooooo thankful!

Workers tried to cut corners on every step of the job. Owner was very disrespectful when I had them stop until the project manager could come because I didn't want them to continue spending time doing work that was not acceptable. I was then told by the owner that he was going to charge me additional because of having them stop the work. It was a complete disaster from the time they started with the roof until they finished with the gutters and soffit. I will never allow them to do work at my house again. Even if it were covered under warranty I would not use their warranty I would hire someone else. When the roof was done it immediately leaked. They did come fix it, but a brand new roof should not leak.

Can’t say enough good about them. Just had a leak on a roof that was 15 years old and they fixed it perfectly. 7 other companies turned me down because they wanted to do whole roof and not enough money in repair jobs. They saved me! Thank you

We hired Arnett Construction in 2020 to do repair work on our home in LaPorte IN, to get it ready to sell. The work included replacing the roof on a utility shed; repairing/replacing the framing surrounding the garage door; and, if my memory is correct, some repairs on the second story window just above the garage. They gave a fair price and the work was finished quickly--as I recall, the only delay was in the inspection.

Arnett was very communicative and great to work with prior to starting on the replacement of our roof. They told us it would be done in 1-2 days. It ended up taking 5. They cancelled one day when it was full sun bc there was a chance of rain 50 miles away from us not even coming our way. The workers they sent out were contracted workers who did a poor job cleaning up our yard of nails and their beer bottle caps and other drink bottles. We had to do a lot ourselves after they left to ensure our daughter did not step on any playing. They jammed the generator up against our home which melted part of the siding (which we did not discover till after they had moved it and left). Overall the company was great to work with. But make sure they send you THEIR employees and not contracted employees.

It was a pleasure doing business with Arnett. They were very honest and they worked with my insurance to get me my roof done for free. My roof looks amazing.

We would not recommend that at all. They were the most unprofessional business I have come across my entire life. We had to reach out repeatedly to have work completed. They installed the wrong garage doors, cut our dish after they promised they wouldn't, took 9 months to completely finish the roof, garage doors and a few odd things.
They picked up our insurance check after we signed paperwork for them to deposit it and pick it up. THEY LOST the check and accused us of cashing and keeping it. I had to call Liberty Mutual 3x for replacement checks due to them not cashing the check in the alloted time.
They put a mechanics lien on our home after they admitted to losing the insurance check. In the end we had to hire a lawyer to finish the final few items and communicate with them. I would run far from them and not recommend them to anyone ever!!!!

Shortly after the roof was fixed we had 4 vents that leaked. I contacted the company and spoke to the owner who said it was an act of God that caused the leak. He said I would have to pay for them to be repaired. I have 4 ceilings that look horrible. My husband has since passed away and I have no way to repair them.

I found Arnett to be very professional and they did quality work! I would very much recommend them to anyone who needed to have the roof done quick and efficiently!! My roof looks fantastic and I’ve been very happy with it

I was very pleased with the service and the prompt repair. The siding on the north end of the house had come loose due to the wind. I had a concern after the repair and they took care of it immediately. We will look to them for any future repairs because of our positive interaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very professional company! The workers were courteous and very skilled in their craft! In this day and age, where you're lucky to get a contractor to even return a phone call, this company brought their a game! let's face it, roofing is dangerous work, it needs to be handled by trained professionals like Arnett!

Although it's been 1yr now. I'm just now leaving a comment, excellent job, very thorough. Complete tear off/replace, repaired alot of plywood sheeting etc. I'm very pleased n most of all NOT one leak or shingle problem.

I made a post on Facebook asking if anyone knew a good contractor to help us with our roof repair/insurance claim. John Jackson reached out to me and he's been our guy from the start. To say our insurance claim has been a nightmare is an understatement. John has fought for us and been by our side for the last month as we work through this crazy claim. He's treated us like his family and construction hasn't even started yet. I'll be back later to leave another review once the team has worked their major on my home. These guys are the real deal and they have truly been a blessing to us so far!!

Did a great job with a new roof and facia. Also had them blow in insulation in my attic. Everyone is very friendly and I would highly recommend them for any home needs

I used Arnett construction to install a new sliding glass door in our kitchen. They did a wonderful job, showed up when they said they would and went above and beyond to get the job done right the first time. Embarrassingly the wrong door was purchased on our end but Tom (their carpenter) went all the way to Merrillville as that was the closest store with the actual door that we needed in stock. They Came right back and had it installed within an hour or so. I couldn't be more pleased with my new door and with Arnett. I will recommend this company to any and everyone I know, that's how impressed I am. Thank you Arnett Construction!!

Had a great experience with Arnett Construction. They replaced our roof, roof on shed and metal barn roof. We also had water damage inside that they fixed. Great service and quality work!! Arnett Construction was quick to respond to my call, they came out quick, and cut in and sealed up the new vents I needed installed on a job that I was in the middle of quickly and most importantly correctly!!!

I hired Arnett Construction to do a roof job that ended up being a hail damage claim. I work for a roofing manufacturer who provides employee reimbursement for using their products on our homes. I inquired of my employer if I would qualify for the refund if it was an insurance job. The corporate legal team was consulted and it was determined that I would qualify for a refund of a portion of my out of pocket expense. I discussed this with my Arnett contractor and my Insurance adjuster right from the beginning. After the job was complete, I needed some information from Arnett to apply for the reimbursement of my out of pocket expenses. Ashley, the office manager, accused me of insurance fraud and took it upon herself to call my employer and my insurance company. I covered all of my bases and knew that what I was trying to do was perfectly legal. Ashley made assumptions, not having all the facts, and put me in a very precarious position with my employer and my insurance company. It's too bad too because they did a beautiful job on my house and I am very happy with those results. But, the way I have been treated by the office staff since has been atrocious and I will not recommend Arnett construction simply for that reason alone.

Arnett Construction put on a new roof and it looks amazing. Their crew came out first thing in the morning and was done by mid afternoon. Clean up was amazing no complaints. My neighbors are probably jealous they didn’t go with Arnett. Thank You, for a job well done!

They replaced 2 Roofs for me last year when they had gotten damaged by hail. They took care of the insurance company. Both Roofs were replaced quickly and professionally

Arnett did amazing work. The crew had my entire roof done in about 5 hours. They were quick to fix the vents when I had water flooding in my vent above my stove. The only complaint I would have is, I did a payment plan and sometimes they didn't post payments on the schedule I asked for. Overall would highly recommend!
