Sandy remodeled our new apartment. His recommendations for flooring, Kirchen cabinets were spot one and with great quality and within our budget. The new bathroom tiles and shower came out great! The attention to details and finishing touches were spot on. I’m already planning my next project with him!

Sandy and his team have absolutely transformed my house. I own a small multifamily and Sandy over a period of months created a new living space, finished basement, new laundry area, full bathroom reno and kitchenette. He worked with my architect using preexisting plans but also made wonderful suggestions for how to improve the plans once he got in the space. He made sure all work was done up to code and he made safety improvements my architect missed. In another apartment, he renovated an original 1930 bathroom, keeping original glass tile but regrouted and painted and added ventilation. He also does outdoor repointing work and decks - Sandy fully renovated and replaced two of my outdoor decks and filled gaps in my brick/concrete. He worked with me to ensure we were keeping the bones of the spaces that were still in great shape (and I didn’t have budget to change) and made only necessary and cost-effective improvements. The most communicative contractor I’ve worked with and most versatile. Reasonable and transparent itemized pricing. He and his team took a lot of pride in the work and when there were small miscommunications he promptly fixed them. I was often out of the house working or out of town and I fully trusted him and his team with the house in my absence. I will gladly work with Sandy and his team again - for small and large projects.

The team at LAH Construction Corp recently completed an amazing patio job at our home and it is beautiful and we love our new patio as well as our new outdoor gravel path on the side of the house. For the patio, the team cleared and leveled the surface and laid the new concrete with reinforcements and also engineered a nice water drainage trench covered by decorative gravel. It is just beautiful! I am a repeat customer and i never stop being impressed and happy with the service, professionalism and cost.
