Signed contract and paid deposit in November of 2021 now 7 months later still have no answer when they coming. Every time I call I get told 3+ months and that has been for the past 3 months.Have to leave a message they won’t call back for few days. They will say I will check on that question and call you back but they don’t call back. I very much recommend finding another contractor, I will try to terminate the contract because another local company can do the job in a professional manner in under 7 months.
Update they finally came and did the work, the workers were professional and knew their trade. I have developed a leak on the patio after I paid the balance in full and still waiting on them to come fix it a little over 1-2 months since they finished the work. Still don’t recommend them. The time to get things done is unreal. Every time it rains I have water leaking into my boxing and ruining the new wood that was installed for the job. Raising it to 2 stars just because the actual workers were great.
We had teddy build us an enclosed patio and first he said the gutter we had would be enough to drain the water which it wasnt so we had to put in a new one. Then the roof started leaking and he avoided our calls. Then after that the places where the wires come theough started leaking. Then the sealant came undone in another spot. He is still avoiding calls making this one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Go with someone else even if it cost more because teddy did a bad job!!!!
